'The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. 'I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. '

'We stayed one night. While the location was ok. The apartment could use some cosmetic updates. The tile floors had quacks. There were outlets with no covers and holes in doors and walls. The convenience of the apartment made up for the flaws. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with parking across the street. We did run into a problem with not enough linens for the guest. (FYI I will be taking my own from now on) The owner was super friendly and answered all my questions quickly.'

'I enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, and nice to have an apartment type of vacation spot. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and products in the 1&1/2 bathrooms. The only drawback was the amount of noise, but earplugs and sleep masks were provided. The restaurant in the building was good and convenient, but overpriced in my opinion. I would stay there again.
