Property is great, you can walk across the bridge, the Hotel will give you chairs, towels, and umbrellas. their fire pits on the beach, and 2 miles up the road the fish tacos at Normitas are the best in the country!

I came to the Hyatt a week ago for a class. Although I did not stay here, It looked lovely, thought why not bring me family here for the long weekend. Big mistake paid $750 parking rollaway bed. Well over $800 Get this! There was a poop that came out when I went in the shower to rinse. The glass cups in the bathroom had red lipstick stains. I thought I was going to faint. I tossed and turned all night and literally woke up with the flu. I don’t think they even switched the sheets. I also heard the cleaning staff say bad things about other guests when I walked down the hall. The grounds were nice but the pool was so crowded there were no towels or a seat to sit. Please take your own cleaning supplies, sheets and towels. Also, this place is not ideal because it has no diversity. Very creepy. Scary blondes everywhere I looked.

The property was absolutely amazing. Great location! Convenient. I highly recommend getting the oversize king with ocean view! You will not regret it. Can’t wait to visit again.

The Hyatt HB is a beautiful resort. We had the best time. All our meals were fantastic. Water Table wa a wonderful. The resort also has a pizza parlor, little shops and market, and it’s close to many shops and restaurants in Pacific City and downtown. The location to the ocean is fantastic and the pools and water slide are fun for the family.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed! Combine the beauty with where the property is located (directly across from the beach and Pacific Ocean) makes for great start to an anniversary celebration. Everything was wonderful. The staff was superb. The amenities were top notch. I wish I had at least two more days to take advantage of all that this resort hotel had to offer. I highly recommend this resort hotel if you are in or around Huntington Beach area.

Loved our stay. The resort is gorgeous. The restaurants fabulous. Our room was great. The only warming is don’t lock your door and go out to your patio. The patio doors lock. Ha ha. Warning. Staff are great. We will be back.

Loved the location, pool and food options on site. Had asked valet upon arrival if there was self parking option and told no. Then at checkout told $49 night for valet. When noted the price was high with no self park option, front desk said there is self parking for $30 a night. So valet lied. Front desk did discount $20, however would have been much cheaper to self park!

Overall our stay was great! The only issue was the valet. When we picked up our car at the end of our stay it was obviously covered in spilt beer all over the inside and when we called about it they wouldn’t do anything. Besides the valet, the staff and facility itself was amazing and beautiful.

My husband and I were really looking forward to staying in this hotel for the first time as this was our 25th wedding anniversary. Well, on first impression, the landscaping of the hotel was beautiful. The views were stunning. We ate on the premises, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food for all three meals were OK. My husband was a bit disappointed. My husband and I both utilized the spa and enjoyed it for a couples massage and the amenities were nice. Our room was beautiful we stayed in an ocean view king bed room. But everything was wrong in that room! The bed did not favor the view! Who designed that? The smoke detector above the bed was blinking like a strobe light all night long! It was seriously piercing light in a dark room. Directly above the bed, you couldn’t even hide from it under the covers! The restaurant down below needs to put noise softeners on the bottom of their chairs because they scraped on the floor all night long, so don’t plan on sleeping because the walls don’t keep out much noise in this place😵‍💫 We could only afford One night, but I feel like it wasn’t worth it. We would come and use the spa again though, but stay in a different hotel.

We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, making our stay truly memorable. The easy beach access added to the delight of our experience.
