'Lovely home. Our room was very comfortable with a big cozy bed. We enjoyed being off the beaten path but close enough to downtown. The town trolley has a stop at the B&B and is very convenient. Parking was a snap here. We would happily return. '

'When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again. '

'These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. '

'Coltan was an excellent host and suggested wonderful dining options and activities to consider. My husband and I stayed in the cottage and it was charming and accommodated all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Peabody House to anyone and will absolute stay there again in the future!!'

The breakfast baskets were great, the afternoon desserts were a wonderful surprise, and the room was stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. 'This house is beautifully built and decorated and in a great location with a large parking area. Other than the spiral staircase, you do not feel like you’re in a tiny home at all. Everything essential is supplied and top of the line. The only thing I would add would be either a toaster or small toaster oven and an ice maker to the kitchen. To the upstairs I would add either shelves or drawers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. We found lots of places to visit and loved Eureka...
