Hôtel de voleurs
Le pire hôtel que j’ai pu faire , nous nous sommes fait voler des affaires par le personnel de nettoyage … malhonnête c’est une honte et la direction de l’hôtel ne propose aucunes solutions malgré que le vole soit constatés par les caméras de surveillance . Chambre vieillissante , pas d’ascenseur Personnels de l’hôtel réclame sans arrêts de l’argent. De ce qui est du buffet , immangeable et et personnels nous débarrasse alors que nous n’avons pas fini afin de nous faire partir le plus rapidement possible Un conseil à fuir !!!

Result of supervision of records of hotel cameras in the corridor beside your room: housekeeping or any other employer did not enter your room in the time period you mentioned in your issue. You were informed about the result before you were checked out from hotel.With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but the majority of our guests are happy with the food provided. Unfortunately, during your stay you did not inform us about your not satisfaction with service and room condition to give us chance to improve it / offer other variant for you.Kindly be informed that on the site EXPEDIA.COM in hotel info / Accessibility you can find information according elevator: it is not available in the hotel.Thank you for understanding!Best regards,

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ausserhalb der Anlage spazieren zu gehen ist mühsam wegen den vielen Händlern die auch recht pampig und aggressiv werden wenn man nicht in ihren Laden will.

Adults only, pretty much means you will be staying in a retirement community. Would not recommend if you are under the age of 40. The food was kind of bland, we opted to eat off the resort many times. However, Staff was very nice, resort was clean. Sister Hotel Arabia has access to the beach and you are in a decent location. They have Uber here so it is very easy to get around.

Enjoyed my stay!
I enjoyed everything. The staff was great-front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, entertainers, etc. The room was clean & the balcony is perfect with a clothes line to dry wet swimsuits. The food was great-there was so much variety at every meal. The entertainment staff were so talented. The water aerobics instructor was great!

Very old facilities. Room encircle the swimming pool and plays loud music throughout the day and evening. Good was mediocre and alcoholic drinks are very limited with no consistency between drinks.

Unbelievable value for money
I had a delightfully restful stay at the Bel Air Azur, which exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Although the hotel is a little worn, the service is excellent, and my room was comfortable and clean. Based on the price, I wasn't expecting the food to be up to much, but there was plenty of variety and different freshly cooked options every day. I was not drinking, so I can't comment on the alcoholic options, and I also opted out of the entertainment, although this seemed yo go down well with most. My one suggestion would be moving away from single-use plastic cups - there were some reusable ones, and it would be great for these to become the norm. Overall, a great stay. It's not a luxury place, but you can have a really lovely break there nonetheless.

Nice hotel - only stayed for one night but was clean and the food was very good. Access to the beach was through another hotel, which was a little odd, but worked out ok. Would stay here again.

Bel Air...Pleasant holiday
The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful especially the barman Mahmud Shaban and the animator Hind were our favourites.The staff was able to solve the situation when a group of unintelligent and extremely noisy people arrived and spoiled the atmosphere. Wide range of food is available though some of the rolls are dried out and the stew is cold. It was a perfect choice for us as a newly married couple. The peace and quiet we needed we got. We would suggest this hotel to those who want a pleasant and calm stay.
