Prima hotel, 1 min lopen naar de strand, 1 min lopen naar de receptie, Goed mensen, lekker eten (niet heel veel variatie maar gezond en vers) Gezellig live muziek. Goede staaf, goede huismeester. locatie is perfect.

The good things about this hotel are the beach, the friendly staff and the fact that it is cheap: the rooms need renovating, the food is really average and decoration is old-ish. More personally, I was really annoyed at the AC in my room being super noisy, competing with some machine noise coming in from the exterior (AC unit on the same building or neighbour) and wifi being available only in the lobby.

Excellent service, great location, value for money, cleanse and specious room, wonderful view of the sea. Breakfast was good and fully functioning hotel. It’s aged but well maintained. ☑️ Welcome : From concierge to reception was warm welcoming and helpful. Especially Ahmed at reception helped us a lot with rooms and upgrading ☑️ Room: Very specious, close to the beach, quiet, comfortable beds, clean, full functioning devices. ☑️ Food: We went for bed + breakfast only. Breakfast choice was good, restaurant service was excellent too ☑️ Hotel amenities: pool, beach area, excursions stall, snacks bar, restaurant choices, spa all was reasonable and well maintained ☑️ Location: Hotel located 10-15 minutes drive from International airport , 2-8 minutes walk to Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, KFC and many more fast food & local foods places. Easy to move around with Taxi and Uber. ☑️ Overall : Overall the hotel staff, facilities and location, price I would definitely mark them as 5*. The hotel is getting aged but they are maintaining it well. The staff and their service is making the great difference. Mohammed and Ahmed from Reception doing a great job. Located in the prime tourist area, this hotel is thematically decorated. The access rules are a little too harsh. Our group was spread across several hotels due to the last minute reservation, so it was hard to visit this hotel bc we were not guests there. Although all of us were foreigners.

value hotel where u can pay alittle and enjoy neglecting bad things of course First of all rooms are outdated , no working safe , beds are uncomfy , no balacony , no view even booking side sea view rooms , air conditioner working ok , bathroom is small but everything working ok Check in was very fast People working are doing their job But they prefer foreigners in first place Beach was the best part u can enjoy at the hotel (sandy with some rocks at enternace ) Small pool and very crowded The night shows were amazing and enjoyable Food quality is below average ( drinks are all in small cups too annoying )

The checkin was very slow, when we got to the room there wasn't electricity, took over 10 minutes to have it fixed. The sheets were very old and worn off. Even though breakfast was abundant the food wasn’t very nice.

Hotel doesn’t match a 4* standard, very outdated hotel, dangerous elevator & second one isn’t even working, food has no taste at all & smells badly except what’s not made in hotel, room wasn’t cleaned properly & some stuff was missing until I asked for it, swimming pool isn’t heated, staff of restaurant are shouting & arguing together loudly in front of other guest & even one of them is always comes for selling something but he touches other guest especially women with unprofessionally way also DJ man was taking girl inside his private area. I heard that Azur had lost lots of their reputation but I didn’t think it would be that much

The hotel is very good The beach is great, the staff is good and helpful, the room is excellent, the view is great and the food is delicious. Disadvantages The pool is small but good The entertainment team is very bad and non-committal and the leader is very bad and the shows are repetitive and not at the level of the hotel Please consider this team. But overall the stay was very good.

Of course not 4 stars hotel, the beach and the pool are too small comparing with the hotel capacity. So you have to fight to find any place at the beach which was reserved from 7 am The staff and especially the receptionists are the worst ever, they are not willing to help and very surly, grouchy and unfriendly attitude. It took 30 minutes to check in and finally we get a very bad room but they changed it after our complaint The furniture are very old. You will get one key only for the room even you are three in the room. But the only lovely thing was the last night which was the oriental day, it was very organised and we had much fun

food quantity is good but quality is average beach itself was good but beach sports like ping pong and darts aren't in service staff is the major problem of this hotel from the reception to the people working every where they need to be well educated and know how to treat guest and also u have to show them the content of ur bag as there is no xray at hotel entrance which is awkard the good thing they have bein sports for egypt caf matchea ao u don't have to go out the room furniture is good but old and tye bed is uncomfortable the room is clean and the view of room was acceptable

Nice all-inclusive on the sea.
A 3 star all-inclusive that could use some updating. Beds, sheets and pillows were somewhat worn. Rooms were quiet, buffet had a good selection and lots of fresh fruit and veg. Good coffee machines. Helpful staff. Bottled water in the rooms every day. Lobby only wifi was limited. Nice beach with chaise lounges.

Semi experience
Quite ok, I could visit again if no speciall needs. Beach was private and a bit small. All Inc. food and drinks were ok, and there was beach volley etc. Some aging In Hotel area and buildings. Neighbourhood was challenging, not too much to see. Taxi goes, it might be better to reserve from Hotel. But anyway more real than El Gouna, which was build unreal, pretty and maybe better for families.
