I've stayed here a lot & have been very happy. This time yhe elevator was broken so I had to haul my stuff up the stairs. I have awful back issues & this was excruciating. Then I got to my room & it hadn't been cleaned. I got a new room which was cleaned but had to haul my stuff again. Extremely dissatisfied with this stay & angry I spent the money. Should be refunded but of course won't be. I hope they resolve their issues

We stayed here for 1 night ~ the hallway to our room smelled horrible, thankfully it didn’t smell like that in our room. Bathrooms are tiny, other than that room was ok. If you are choosing to reserve a room here because they have breakfast… DON’T! My family left hungry.

Very nice hotel/bar/convention center!
Very nice place! Huuuge lobby with lots of tables and places to sit. We had a very large group and were very comfortable. Pool/hot tub area looked nice, didn't get in. Breakfast looked fine..Nothing special. Eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, nutri-grain bars. The bar was very nice and clean. Friendly staff in there. (the guy that I booked on the phone with was the rudest person I think I've ever talked to and very hard to understand (everyone in my group that called to book and had to talk to him said the same thing) and the lady that checked us in was very unfriendly. Not sure why you work at a hotel when you're that way.) The bar had 3 slot machines and a food menu looked delicious! The hotel is connected to a convention center that was very nice too. The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable! Shower was good. If I had anything kind of bad to say, it would be that the doors to the room shut very hard and you can hear doors slamming all the way down the hall. If I ever had to stay in Huron again, I'd stay at the crossroads!

I liked the front entrance. I didn't like the smokers all smoking right next the front entrance. They were also flooding the entire lobby and restaurant and damn near the entire 1rst floor with 2nd hand cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable. Especially me being an ex-smoker. There needs to be a designated smoking area further away.

The hot tub was green and smelled awful. The pool area was lackluster. Rooms were clean but had a chlorine and must smell. Check in was very easy and the staff was friendly. The Hangar resturaunt was very good.

Many thing we didn’t understand about this room, plus dirty and broken. Ceilings stained and cracked, tiles broke in bathroom, sink under island, table wobbled 3-4 inches up/down, cabinet back broken off so it leaned and moved back and forth, tub faucet hot/cold backwards, jets didn’t turn on, had to reconnect TV to work, lamp on/off knob missing. Hotel smelled of fish from crab night at restaurant, very bad.

Great Hotel Overall!
Beautiful hotel! We have friendly staff and the hotel was clean and smelt great! The pool area is very nice and they have a hot tub with controls! The draw back was the hot tub had wayy too much chlorine and your eyes burned as soon as you got in and the big pool was too cold to swim in. The rooms could also use some adjusting a bit as they have trays over the toilet paper that I would hit my hip on to try to close the door. And I had to get creative to find an outlet on one side of the bed to charge my devices. Otherwise very nice hotel! We will be back!

I picked this hotel for the room, and the room for the jacuzzi tube. The jets in did not work at all and there was dirty footprints all over. The shower door wouldn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. The bed made my back hurt.

It was a nice hotel, we got to check in early…but our room could have been vacuumed a little better and did some reason our bathtub was literally full of water…it was rather odd. Other than that, we will stay again.

Was not informed there was a remodel going on when I booked the room, The parking lot was muddy, temp parking was provided a city block away, Workers tearing up floor tile in front of elevator during check out time. Construction materials scattered around the entire area. When asked for some kind of discount on the room, all the desk clerk said was "We remodel" and shrugged, no discount or reinbursement for car wash either.

I have stayed at the Crossroads for years. If feel like it is not being maintained well. In the bathroom shower of room 339, the area where the shower stall meets the wall plaster is pulling away and it was stained. There was not a light bulb in the desk lamp. There were no covers for coffee cups. These are small things that can easily be handled that would return the hotel to a more quality business. Maintenance and upkeep get noticed.

Under construction currently, but will be great when it's done. It was a nicer hotel than we expected. The hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed pretty badly but the rooms were clean, which is ultimately more important.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable! I slept well! The hard surfaces of the room were clean, but the rug and the air were nasty. The staff spoke limited English so they seemed unwelcoming and unfriendly. Possibly, they were just overwhelmed. Dinner in the restaurant was just okay.

Construction is occurring in front of the main entrance with no signs how to get in the lobby. Continental breakfast was the bare minimum to call breakfast. Carpet in hallway on 2nd floor is stained and old. Our room: shower door was about to fall off; toilet seat was loose; hair dryer did not work in GFI outlet in bathroom; lighting in room was very poor - switch on 1 lamp was broken, lightbulbs were burned out & missing; towels were replenished without a bath mat. Washer & dryer available but detergent dispenser was "out of order". The whole place needs to be updated & refurbished!! Ryan's Hangar restaurant had very good food.

The Crossroads is an older facility but is clean and well kept. There is a good restaurant and bar on site. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the facility.

The room was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed very well, the ceiling in the bathroom was water damaged, the bathroom outlet wasn't attached and one completely missing by the bed, the floor in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and the walls had food on the by the refrigerator. the only clean thing seemed to be the bed sheets. will not be staying here again.

Overall liked the room. It could have been cleaner, and there were things that needed repaired. The parking garage is being re-built so you needed to find parking elsewhere and bring your luggage in with carts from long distances. The elevator was broken from Friday until Monday. The special Olympics was in town and many people were needing to check in with their children in wheelchairs. They must have found lodging elsewhere.

It’s okay.
The lobby was perfect when we walked in and it looked amazing. Then we walked into our “non” smoking room. Which the cigarette smoke hit us like a brick wall, it smelt like my 90 yr old grandmothers house who smokes 3 packs a day. You could tell the vent in the bathroom used to be white, but was now mustard yellow due to the smoking. The walls surrounding the shower were dirty, almost looked as if there were mold or mildew. The beds were actually some of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, and I normally love hotel beds. Also, the continental breakfast was super disappointing. The waffle maker I think is broken? When you flip it over to start the timer, all of the batter seeps out.. or the cooks put waaaayy too much water into the waffle batter. It’s really a simple thing to make. So really you had a crunchy “outside” half of a waffle, and that was about it. We also had a pull out couch in our room and you’d think they would leave extra sheets in the room for the bed just incase we would use it, but no.

Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.
Friendly Staff checking in. Getting off the elevator the carpet was trashed. The bathroom and sheets were clean but the carpet in the room was sticky. It was gross. The A/C unit was LOUD! Made funky noises all night. The toilet ran every 2 minutes all night and was also loud. The box for the TV was behind it so the remote would not work. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work either. We both slept terrible and this place certainly is not worth what they charge.
