Emplacement pratique, près d'une épicerie, station essence, resto, par contre ce n'était pas très propre. Moissisure dans la salle de bain, la fan ne fonctionnait pas, c'était très humide et ça ne sentait pas bon.

Floor had not been vacuumed, I asked the front desk to take care of it the next day because we where their for 2 days. Second day no vacuuming either. The sink handle kept popping off. Again no real fix, just a friendly guy at the desk that needs to get his house keeping folks in line. Inspect the room after they clean and let them know to redo...etc.

Nice comfortable beds with 4 pillows. Building is older but maintained. Good bang for your buck! Breakfast,Hot Tub, Pool on site. Would stay again.

Everything was generally as I expected. Comfortable, clean room. Convenient location in town of Hurricane. If you plan to use guest laundry facilities, note that they are outdoors, and require $4 in quarters for washer and for dryer. That's 32 quarters! Front desk may or may not be able to provide this.

They had signs saying 'no pets' in the office door and inside the office, however upon check-in there was no issue, we paid per night fee for the dog as Expedia had described and stayed happily with our buddy. There were also several other dogs in the hotel so don't let the signs deter you!!!

This was terrible. I paid almost 200.00 a night and it was dirty, had blood stain on the wall, garbage tossed behind the dresser and the bed was hard as a rock. I ended up not staying for my second night and took the loss on what I had paid in advance.

Not satisfied at all!
It was a very quite night. Went to check out in the morning about 09;00 and nobody at the desk. I waited 15 minutes still nobody. When i called the phone number i woke the guy up and seemed to agitate him and was told just leave my keys no paper work necessary. I wanted my bill and to let them know there was NO hot water so i got to take cold shower. I will not be staying at this place again!!
