The walls and bathroom was very dirty. Alot of people on drugs, They offer handicapped rooms but was all taken by local ling term rentals. So handicapped room was not available for my mom, they offer sqimming pool area but all locked and hasnt been attended too in years. There was no ice machine available

There were roaches all around and inside the property. When we got there the shower curtain and bedding were smelly and not clean. There were stains all over the mattress and pillows, we used our own bedding. Saw and smashed 30 cockroaches during our stay. The photos of the rooms are not accurate at all. Ice machine was broken and the front desk seemed unhappy when asked for some. Never received room service and there wasn’t a trash can in the room. Microwave on the floor.

This motel is an economical place to stay. The walls and doors are thin and you can hear all outside noises. However it was a very clean room and was a place to stay for the night. Side note pet fee is $15.

well on first of three nights the electric went out and was out from like 5pm to like 3 am. after that tv and cable didnt start to work. wifi was slow. so basically i paid 200+$ for a three night stay and left at midnight on second night. i dont think i should have paid for any night but the second one. but unfortunately no electric isn't their problem.

Non-Smoking Single King, 2 guests, 1 night GOOD: -very kind staff -affordable -clear effort to revitalize the lobby and hotel room -sheets were clean -plenty of towels and washcloths -mini fridge and microwave in room -hand soap, body wash, and shampoo+conditioner dispensers on the walls -sink outside of the water closet makes multiple guests with bathroom needs easier -there's a TV (though we didn't use it) and a recliner (which we also didn't use) -effective privacy curtains -parking right out front -electronic room keycard worked well -mattress had an encasement (protective cover) to prevent bed bugs -kind of a mud room/closet area in the corner of the bathroom with a space for shoes or luggage BAD: -not much in walking distance; nearest groceries are about 10 blocks -pretty bad location; rough part of town and right off of a street with a lot of traffic including larger trucks -definitely a little smear of something brown on the wall in the bathroom area -the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals in spite of this -air conditioning was functional, but set at 68F and probably only got the room to 72F -small room, especially with the king bed in it -very firm mattress with 3 pillows for the king size; that was fine for us but I'm not sure if they offer extras -furniture was pretty beat up, but nothing broken or unusable -the room was not fully repainted and instead patches were repainted with a different finish of paint, which didn't look great

Horrible!
No towels, TV didn't work, room was dirty, check in was horrible - the front desk guy was rude. The cleaning lady stared at me suspiciously when I was walking from my room to my car. It made me very uncomfortable. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

Disgusting.
Do NOT stay at this hotel!! It was absolutely gross! Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. When checking in, lobby had no AC and smelled like B.O. bad! Got to our room and immediately walked out and asked for another….yeah the second room wasn’t any better. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting and hair everywhere! Pulled down the comforter and hair and stains on the sheets. Pretty sure there was poop smeared on bathroom wall with hair and t.p. stuck to it on the wall. We were in town for a softball tournament and everything else was booked so we had no choice but to suck it up and stay. I will post pics of room.

Can’t say I’ll stay here again. The room looked nothing like the pictures that’s for sure. Not that I was expecting a holiday inn. I generally like to stay in a reasonably priced room that’s clean well lit and fairly up to date. But this room was definitely modern for 1986 complete with the big box television. But it was a color tv so that’s a plus. Not really sure why the breaker box in the bathroom wall was just hanging out without any type of cover but I guess it’s probably ok as long as your not trying to brush your teeth at the sink and accidentally splash water on it. Maybe the room was just in the middle of being remodeled or something. But i guess i shouldn’t complain too much as I did not complain to the office about it because i could tell that it just wasn’t going to do any good because by the looks of the whole place they probably didn’t have room in any better condition so I didn’t bother. At check in I was also required to put a $60 damage deposit on the room that I haven’t received back yet. I guess that should have been my first clue that I was in the wrong place

Horrible Experience
Run down, dirty blankets, insecure door. Unfriendly desk staff. Pretty sure the key cards are universal as they didn’t code them between switching room numbers. Didn’t even stay. Checked out within an hour. They offered to provide a new room. Safety and cleanliness too big an issue to even try a new room. They had just cleaned the one we took. Refused to give refund for poor conditions.

No attention to detail. Front lobby was a mess, junky. Side walk was dirty and really need power washing. The room was really dated. There was a nice refrigerator in room and a microwave. Curtains didn't fit the old and dated curtain rod. Bedsheet actually had holes in it! Very thin, seemed clean. Pillow were in need of replacing. Wish we would have other hotel options....bath towels were stiff, old and just bad.

The staff was very friendly and worked with us on modifying our days for our stay when I could not figure out how to do it using Expedia's website. The 3/4 size refrigerator in the room was very nice. We did ask for fresh bedding upon check in, and they took care of it right away. If you're looking for a basic hotel close to downtown Hutchinson, this is a good option. There is no breakfast at this property, and that's an amenity I selected on the website so I was disappointed in that, but McDonald's and Spangled are within waking distance.

The staff was nice enough, but man was this a dirty room. The floor was greasy feeling and made my feet black quickly.. Needless to say the wife won't let me book anymore hotels.

Don’t stay here
This hotel was dirty, dingy, dilapidated and down right bad. If Hotels.com didn’t make it so difficult to get a refund I would have fled. I had to get extra towels to place on the chairs to even sit! DON’T STAY HERE!!
