El personal excepcional, en particular Aaron, el recepcionista, es muy amable y conocedor, capaz de resolver cualquier problema y habla varios idiomas.

Tuvimos problemas en la habitación compartida con chicas, no nos dejaban descansar y bebían alcohol dentro. Se enfrentaron a nosotras y nadie vino de recepción. Ni las echaron del hostel.... Tuvimos que verlas en las zonas comunes.

Rooms were not clean, had to ask staff to tend to our rooms when things weren’t clean/soap missing from dispensers. Staff weren’t friendly. Hostel is a great location and good spot for meeting like minded travellers.

El hostal está bastante bien, tiene una ubicación excelente, puedes llegar a la estación de autobuses, el centro, la playa, la zona de fiesta, restaurantes etc a pie, tiene muy buenos espacios comunes y tienen actividades todos los días entonces tendrás la oportunidad de conocer otras personas. Merece mejorar la limpieza, especialmente en el baño, trae tu toalla porque no te dan y tampoco candado para el locker. Recomendado!

5-Star treatment for what it's worth.
My experience has been nothing short of amasing, from staffs to lodge mates. Multicultural friendly zone. The house activities was top notch. I would love to visit again.

El lugar increible, super limpio y modernos. Y el ambiente super, hice amigos para salir a conocer juntos las calas y ademos los de Staff muy queridos, Mafe, Maria, Edu, el chico de barbita español, pablo... bueno todoss son muy serviciales e hicieron de mi estadía mucho mejor. Gracias chicos.

Good for a short stay
It’s good place for a short stay, if you are staying in the shared dorms. The beds are good, rooms are clean, overall good. The best is the social part, the staff will make sure you are entertained. Bathrooms are medium clean, can be way better. There’s often no paper. The hostel is not too far from Mambo cafe but for other things you need to take taxi or buss. If you are planning to go partying in Ibiza town or the clubs, fix taxi way in advance - it can take up to an hour to get a free taxi. Your other option is the buss, check the schedules. Again, super good staff - they will do whatever they can to help.

It’s a nice hostile if you wanna socialize the pool is good the food is good and the bartenders are nice they have events every day which is great, buy the breakfast at the actual location it’s cheaper than buying it through Hotels.com.

Stuff mal hablado cómo todos los españoles a los turistas en Ibiza. Deberían fijarse como tratan a las personas ya que si no fuera por el turista se cagan de hambre. Por plata son capaces de matarte los locos. El bar está bueno, la sangría barata, tienen buenas actividades y las habitaciones chicas pero safan aunque salís enfermo por el aire a tope

The best atmosphere hostel I ever seen
Pros: Atmosphere - The hostel with the best vibe I ever seen. Great bar! WIFI - Good WIFI at all the building Room - Good with big comfortable bed, clean. Has balcony, TV, closet. Bathroom - Hot water. Clean. Elavator - good. Location - good. Laundry - has laundry service. Pool - awesome! Cons - Kitchen - small and lack of kettle and oven. Opens at 12AM which is late and cannot access basic stuff from the fridge. Room - kinda dark and lights are low.

Tuve problemas con el vuelo y pedí cambiar la reserva no me dejaron, llegue a las 2 am me atendieron bien pero la pieza estaba muy sucia y el baño también (había ropa interior y toallas colgadas además el piso todo mojado y sucio), no tenía colcha para taparme, y me cobraban 6 euros el desayuno, cuando me retiré me preguntaron que tal mi estadía, (Que fue de 5 horas y me salió 100 euros) a la que respondí mala y no hicieron nada, ni siquiera unas disculpas. Tal vez a una persona que va sólo de fiesta le sirve

꽤 괜찮았어요
방 안은 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 다른 호스텔도 대다수 그렇듯이 샤워실에 해바라기 샤워기밖에 없어서 조금 불편했어요. 지하 락커가 있는 공간에서는 바퀴벌레를 봤습니다.

Never stay in this hotel! Stay away!!! This is the worst hostel experience ever. I had a problem in the room with other guess and I wanted to change my room however instead of finding a solution for me they kept saying they are in high season and they don't have any room. They should learn how to manage a hostel. Instead of booking full they need to keep a space for people like have problems like that! I always purchase my tickets from expedia and never had a problem before. I hope expedia will stop working with these the of unprofessionals.
