'No thanks to Expedia, our stay was great. Expedia dropped the ball AGAIN and booked us rooms that weren’t available. We got notified the day of arrival that our room was cancelled. I called the property and they found a way to fit us in but told us that they had notified Expedia over a month ago that half of the property rooms were unavailable, which Expedia never updated on their website. Thankfully, the staff at The New Hotchatown Lodge were amazing and super helpful and everything worked out....

'The staff was amazing. We had an issue with our first room and they were super quick to change our room and apologize for the mishap, no questions asked. It was quiet and not far from all the places had planned to go. Definitely recommend for a small, affordable but nice place 😊'
