'The inside was clean, neat and updated furnishings. The kitchen was new and looks out to the beautiful pool. 3 comfortable bedrooms with 3 full baths. The home came with 4 bikes. The outdoor area was perfect! So pretty and private with beautiful palm trees providing shade. 4 beach chairs came with the rental amd nothing else. Unfortunately we had to purchase 2 small coolers and 2 umbrellas. Cant go to the beach with out those items. Most other homes came with those items- i giess i should have...

'This is our second time staying at one of Derek’s properties. We are never disappointed in our time spent there. The home is tastefully decorated and fully stocked for a great get away. The extra “touches” that Derek provides is top notch. The bikes, coolers, chairs, fishing poles, wagon, and the cute and great smelling shampoos, conditioners, and soaps. And the beds are very comfortable. The check in process is very easy and I love that Derek contacts you asking if everything is good. Trust me...

It’s in a great location with a nice clean and heated pool and hot tub and, bonus, a bar with live music at the end of the street you can walk to after a day at the beach. 'De appartementen zijn ontzettend ruim en netjes en hetzelfde geldt voor het complex. Alles ziet er verzorgd uit, het zwembad, het restaurant, het groen. Als we een minpunt moeten noemen dan is het dat het toch zo’n 20 minuutjes van Naples downtown ligt en er in de directe omgeving niet echt gezellige restaurants zijn.'
