'Absolutely beautiful villa. So clean and spacious. Each room has its own Galway and en-suite so plenty of privacy if sharing with friends or family. 'This house had everything we needed, except maybe wifi, with a very fine terrace with exceptional views. Selva is a nice town with some fine restaurants. Bakery just around the corner. In about 45 minutes you can reach almost every place in Mallorca. Would definitely book this house again for a future visit of Mallorca.'

'We had a good vacation in this house. It is located in de middle of mallorca. Drive to a beach/town was approx 30-45 min. If you like to be away from the tourist it is a great place. It the ad description is said that the house is equipped with airconditioning. That is not true. There are only 4 ventilators, NO AIRCO. During our stay it was very hot,specially when you go to sleep. Nice surprise was the filled fridge at arival and the dishwasher tablets etc. We would not come back to this house...

'The house was perfect, very clean, enough space and nice livingroom with interactive TV possible, although we were mainly outside. We had a great time, very beautiful surroundings . Swinningpool was also very nice, (although bit chilly still in April...) and we enjoyed the orchard with oranges and lemons . It was above expectations! Only some short problem with the Wifi connection (mainly for the children :-) ) but it was fixed quickly. A lot of thanks for the hosts ! Regards fam Wanningen'

Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. 'Woning en tuin waren ok en zoals beschreven. Maar... pas op! Antonio woonde de twee maanden dat wij er zaten met zijn vader, die af en toe 's nachts aan het roepen en hoesten was, op de begane grond. Het huis is nogal gehorig en daar hadden zowel Antonio als wij last van.'

'Das Häuschen war für uns zu zweit mehr als perfekt. Es liegt sehr zentral in der Inselmittel, sodass mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen ist. Wenn man dann doch seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man im Haus oder im schönen Außenbereich entspannen und den Blick auf Felder und Wiesen und Sant Joan genießen. Der Ort ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und insgesamt hat alles einen liebevollen Eindruck gemacht.'

'Wij hebben volop genoten. Het huis beschikt over een mooie grote veranda mer uitzicht op het Tramontana gebergte. 's ochtends tot een uur of 10.00u is er zon op de veranda, maar daarna heb je de hele dag schaduw. En wil je wel van de zon genieten dan kun je heerlijk op de ligbedden bij her zwembad gaan liggen waar de hele dag zon is. De keuken is ruim, keukeninventaris is ietwat verouderd, maar op zich prima. De slaapkamers zjjn ruim, wel warm zonder airco in de zomermaanden dus de ventilatoren...

'The appartement is absolutely super. Lovely terras, all around app. Very clean, enough toewels plus kitchen equipement. Surroundings, main street, lots of shops and restaurants. Boulevard and beach 50m away. Its in the low rise building area. Hardly no big hotels in the area, which I very much appreciatie. I will definately come back'
