'Room was well equipped and included coffee and shampoo, etc. plus extra supplies if needed was a nice touch. Big comfortable bed. Keyless access works great. Only reason not five star is that bags of laundry were left in corridor throughout stay and hot water ran cold sometimes. Otherwise, really good option and we’ll located for sight seeing plus plenty of restaurants and bars along Barracks Row and the redeveloped Navy Yard. '

'Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again.'

'I thought that I had pre-registered my details on the Sonder app. I hadn't completed it fully before my arrival, as a condequence, I never received the email with access codes to get into the building and with no reception or staff on site that was an issue! I managed to resolve this after about an hour and was pleasantly surprised by the appartment, which was spacious and clean, perfect for a couple, however it would start to feel quite cosy for 4 adults. Great location for shops restuarants...

'We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. 'This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

'Location was good, 3 min walk to bus stop, short bus ride to Potomac Metro station. Off street parking is a huge plus, but was tight for 2 mid-size SUV. Plenty of hot water for 8 people to take back to back showers. Host was excellent!! Only complaints is we had 8 people and 7 forks and found the 8th fork in the bottom of the dish washer on the 2nd to last day. 'The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.'

"Net hotel met schone en ruime kamers. Goede locatie om met de auto te verblijven vanwege het gratis parkeren. En het makkelijk kunnen bereiken van een metro parking met de auto om zo het stadscentrum te bereiken. Twee minpunten: de oude tv's waarop een game basketbal of honkbal niet op te volgen zijn. En het erg summiere ontbijt. Het ontbijt werd ongeveer een uur voor het afliep al niet meer bijgevuld, waardoor de opties zeer beperkt waren. De tweede dag van ons verblijf hebben wij daarom ergens anders ontbeten."
