The hotel was ok. But towels, sheets, and pillow cases all had stains… even the new towels they gave us. Room service came and replaced towels and emptied garbage after night one, but not at all after next three nights. Great location right off of the highway. Water pressure and temp in the shower was good, bathroom ceiling had water damage and was peeling. AC in the room worked but wasn’t the best. The halls of the hotel were very hot and it smelled like moth balls everywhere. The fridge in the room freezes everything and there is no control to adjust the temp. Breakfast was better than continental but very limited. The woman he doesn’t let you make your own waffles is pretty miserable and has a lot of rules while she makes breakfast for you.

From checkin through the stay the front desk people were VERY unfriendly, could hardly talk, when they did hard to understand. The ONLY person there that was friendly was the lady attendant in the breakfast area. She was fantastic! Hotel ownership should clean house in the front desk!!!

The only reason that I booked the hotel is because it was supposed to have an indoor pool. the pool was closed permanently. the hall coming off the elevator to the room smelled bad. housekeeping was nice. The front desk people really didn't really want to talk but was clear on the price. lol. The rooms were okay, but they needed better updated televisions. we could only watch a couple of channels. breakfast was nice downstairs. I take it that's why it's called the Sleep In.

Got charged double. Guy up front just said “put card in “ ignoring me and just treating me like them YouTube Indian scammers…. Tv wasn’t working. Gave me 40$ refund, that somehow charged my card 40$ and he said it takes 3-4 business days with debits cards. Doesn’t make sense at all.

This interchange has many hotels, and like a lot of freeway interchange areas a lot of them are, to be kind, rough. This one stands out as a nice hotel in an area where there seems to be a race to the bottom due to the freeway. Visiting from the East you are likely to get a hotel in this area, this is my recommendation. The staff cares and works hard to take care of their guests.

This hotel is not in the greatest area. The parking lot smelled like vomit and trash, the Bob Evans in front of it is abandoned, and my room had a lot of nicks and dings in the walls. One of the lamp shades looked like it had been thrown around the room. The sheets had some stains on them, and I was worried about the cleanliness of my room, but the common areas appeared to be clean. The hot water was also not hot some days.
