'We absolutely loved the cabin. We were worried about space with 6 of us but it was fine. Having 1 restroom was also a concern but we made it work. The facility is spotless and the worker crew is polite. We had a plumbing issue and they came out immediately and fixed it for us. Service was amazing. Being able to go straight down to the river was fun for the kids as well. We will definitely come back to stay here again.'

'My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property!! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing! We enjoyed fishing on the property and also took several walks down to the falls which were so much fun to explore. It was an easy drive into Fredericksburg for shopping and dining. The beds were so comfortable and had the softest blankets! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!'

'This was a great place for my husband and I to stay when we wanted to explore the Hill Country on our motorcycle. Very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything. Fresh eggs and pork sausage, corn on the cob, watermelon, fruit, veggies for the grill, drinks, coffee, you name it!!! Absolutely loved sitting on the patio in the early morning and evening watching the deer in the back yard. Cool vintage memorabilia for decoration that makes it feel so homey. WE WILL BE BACK!!!'

'I only gave 4 stars on "accuracy of listing" because this place is even better in person than it is on the listing. Forse Mountain Lodge is an ideal place to stay for large groups. We had a 10 person/5couple faith-based retreat where each couple had their own room and a full bathroom in their room. Our group felt that was "key" in feeling comfortable in a home all together. 'Great weekend getaway! Everything about the property itself was fantastic! We would love to visit in the summer so we can swim. Melanie the owner was great at communicating. It’s not far from Fredericksburg. Center Point , is a quiet town so will have to take day trips for exploring. '
