Het hotel us niet echt goed aangegeven, zeker als het donker is... we zijn het tot twee maal toe voorbij gereden. Verder was alles dik in orde, ruime comfortabele kamer, vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt

bad smoky odour in room......opened window to fix that.........sticky dining table......cleaned with wet dish rag.........both hot tubs by pool complex were not maintained at all......very dirty and jets not working.......everything else was very nice......verg comfortable bed.....very nice kitchen and washrooms.......beautiful view from balcony

The continental breakfast was bad, I paid 45 dollar for a small bowl of wheat cereal, two pieces of toast and a dried up croissant that didn't end up getting eaten. It was very disappointing.

Nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Options for food were terrible for a resort and also dining hours. Breakfast everything offered was cold and stale. No portion options or sit down dinning. The dining room in the evening was expensive and poor quality food for what you paid for. Unsure if I will return.

Disappointed at how noisy it was with young children running up and down the halls yelling until 10:45 pm and then started again at 6:30 am. Shower worked but tub didn’t. Waited for breakfast seating but left when nobody helped us, as did the couple us. Rather disappointed

The staff were great, but the standard room is quite small. We ate at the restaurant where the service was good and the food was decent. There was a hot water issue the weekend we stayed so one of the mornings of our stay the water was just warm. In terms of value for money, this place did not meet my expectations. This place is probably more suited to families and large groups because the loft suites looked spacious.

The room was only cleaned twice in 10 days, there was muck and seeds behind the fridge, we had no hot water for a day with no offers of where to shower, the room was very noisy, the heater was very loud, there was no heater in the bathroom and towels only got changed when the room was cleaned, there was no extra bedding for the middle of the night when the heater automatically dropped to around 18 degrees (minus temperatures outside), we had to keep going to reception for coffee and sugar, we informed the reception 3 times that we had to check out a day early, nothing was done about it, no refund has been issued, very poor service

No ice machine in the hotel, no coffee in the lobby. Staff in the morning do not acknowledge until after I say hello/good morning. Hot tub is nice, would have been more convenient to have bathrobe in room to use to go to the pool/hot tub.

We stayed over the Christmas break for two nights and were very pleased with the resort. The Loft room had plenty of space for our family of 4 with a kitchenette. The pools & hot tubs were amazing the first night we stayed however, the second night hot tubs were freezing both inside & outside. I will certainly return in the spring for a golf getaway. Overall very happy

Overpriced. Unclean. Awful food. Rude staff.
I’ve stayed at Copper Point dozens of time, and when I lived in Invermere we regularly recommended CP as the place to stay when visiting if our house was full or if someone wanted an extra special experience. Until now every experience had been great. This time it was evident that the CP we were accustomed to had changed for the worst. Upon checking in, we were told that we had a nice room on the forth floor - but we knew that couldn’t be right because we had made a booking for a pet friendly room. We were told “we were lucky” that they had a pet friendly room left (in spite of the fact that we had booked a month in advance), and were moved to a tiny room in the basement. Upon checking in the room was dirty, the floors had not been vacuumed and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. We tried to contact the front desk but could not get a hold of them and gave up after multiple attempts. The next morning we ordered breakfast from Elements, $80 for two tiny eggs Benedict’s with no hash browns or side of any kind that were served cold. Again we tried to contact someone to voice displeasure and could not get a response. On the last night we walked up to the restaurant and after waiting for 15 minutes without seeing a hostess we approached the bartender to ask if the bar side seating was open service or required reservations. Before we could ask anything he rudely and snobbily shouted over the people at the bar that the restaurant was booked and we’d have to leave. Terrible.

Thank you for the review, Looking into your reservation there must have been some confusion with the third party website you booked with because it was not showing a pet friendly booking. The weekend you stayed with us was extremely busy and the front desk agent was glad we still had a pet friendly room available. All our pet friendly rooms are located on the first floor to give access outside directly from the room. We do apologize for the negative experience you had while you visited us. We hope you give us another chance at the resort to show you why Copper Point is the most beautiful place to stay in the Valley.
