Rooms on our floor had a plumbing problem with rooms flooding and guests had to be relocated. They had dehumidifier fans everywhere and one elevator was out of service due to the water situation. This was very inconvenient for us.

We always stay at this hotel when in Irvine. Unfortunately, this time around we were greeted by the most unpleasant man at the front desk when we were checking in. He was so rude to the guest arriving right before us, but since we didn’t hear the beginning of their conversation, we were unsure what caused it. Then he greeted us with same unkindness and irritability that we had no idea what was going on. Whenever we travel, we stay at a Hyatt, but we are pretty sure we will never got through this on this specific location. The man at the front desk was obviously troubled by something and I feel for him, but client facing staff should not behave this way. He completely ruined the pleasure of staying and coming back to this hotel.

The staff is very professional, always smiling, always ready to help, ask if you need help. The cleaning happened very good every time we needed cleaning service.

Generally enjoyed our experience. Great staff mostly, just the bartender was a little jaded or something. Though, front desk were very friendly and helpful, kitchen staff at breakfast were nice, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Room was nice, bathroom was clean. Only a few minor complaints. There was scum in some of the glasses in the room; the toilet stopped flushing (luckily it was the morning we left); the windows do not open and the air conditioning did not cool sufficiently, so it got a bit stuffy.

I slept so good, I hit the snooze button twice! Scheduled an airport shuttle for the morning. When I came down to check out they said they weren’t going to be able to shuttle me to the airport but they would call an Uber, on them, to take me. Didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast before I left but did take a look and it looked good. I def plan to come back to the area and will def stay here again

Nice and clean room, not much of a view. Nice staff. Didn't like having to pay $22 for parking. Breakfast was fantastic and the highlight of our stay.

Great location, very convenient to the SNA airport. A few good restaurants in the area (SOL being my favourite). Starbucks is a 5 minute drive away.
