3 dagen hier verbleven. Hotel verkeert in goede staat , kamer was ruim en netjes. Toch gaf het mij niet dat luxe gevoel van een 5 sterren hotel. Medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Ik was niet tevreden met de schoonmaak van het hotel en had hierover geklaagd op de 3e dag. Bed gewoon deken rechtgetrokken , zonder moeite te nemen om lakens even glad te trekken. Wc niet schoongemaakt. Dit hoort niet bij een 5 sterren hotel vind ik . Medewerkers hebben een fruitschaal op mijn kamer gezet, maar wc was nog altijd niet schoon. Ik had geen ontbijt dus daar kan ik niks over zeggen. Geen ontbijt genomen omdat je in Turkije altijd overal heerlijk kan ontbijten. De wellness heb ik wel gebruik van gemaakt en dat was een heerlijk ontspannen arrangement. Het is wel op 2 minuten afstand van restaurants cafés enz. Ik zou de volgende keer niet hier boeken. Ik zou zelf hier niet meer boeken.

Erg mooi hotel. Ik was hier in 2014 ook geweest, maar alles zoet er nog steeds als nieuw uit! Als je binnenkomt, komt er een heel lekker geurtje je tegemoet. Dit geurtje ruik je door het hele hotel.

Personeel behulpzaam netjes niet afwachtend om perse fooi te krijgen gewoon super alleen al voor de service van de personeel zou ik terugkeren naar deze hotel inclusief valet parking en je hoeft nig geen 5 min te wachten op auto super snel

What an amazing hotel! Our club hotel room was beautiful and very spacious, with hand written welcome notes and complimentary welcome snacks. As a club member you also get access to free daily food and drinks in the club lounge. The hotel was a beautiful spa with both free and for-pay services. Access to the sauna and steam room are complimentary for all hotel guests. Last but not least our favorite part of the hotel was Perin the hotel navigator/concierge. She helped us with everything from ferry schedules to restaurant recommendations and even made me a reservation at a nearby doctors office after I couldn’t get rid of a bad cough. She went above and beyond, amazing hotel!

Uzun zamandir kendi memleketine gitmemis biri olarak ilk defa konakladim. Konum zaten tartisilmaz iyi bunun disinda guleryuzlu ve her konuda yardimci calisanlari temizlik hijyen kahvaltisi ile birlikte cok keyifli bir seyahat oldu. Kaldigim odadan deniz manzarasina bile hakimdim ve cok ferah kullanisli ve cok konforluydu. Yine geldigimde her zaman tercih edecegim tek adres. Tum calisanlariniza ve yonetime cok tesekkurler
