'The only issue was when I made the reservations, I requested adjoining rooms and upon arrival, the desk clerk told us none were available. I made these reservations well in advance and I felt like adjoining rooms should have been held for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. '

'They don’t clean the sheets between customers. They don’t provide towels and if you use theirs you have to put them in the wash yourself. You pay a $50 deposit for “cleaning” but the carpets haven’t been washed in what looked like years. They gave me a problem because I had a service dog with papers to show them. They said “everyone says that.” Then got made because it wasn’t a pet that they could take another $20 from me. It was the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. '
