'My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived.'

'The only issue we had with the property was that it had multiple steps to gain entry. When we booked we were under the impression that there was only 2 steps but upon arrival we found we had 2 then another 5-6 to get to the unit. The challenge was that my wife was in a wheel chair and that was a challenge. Once inside she could navigate pretty well but coming in and out of the unit was not what we had expected. There are a few updates that were needed like frig with rust on the out side of it...

'The property was perfect size for me and my husband. We had great, easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time! The only suggestion I have is to let guests know they need to supply their own shower soap and tissues. Otherwise we were really happy with everything!'

'Had an enjoyable stay. Great location. One beach chair broken and no glass wineglasses. But the condo was very nice - great layout for two couples.'

'We liked the gated community for safety. Beds were comfortable. We were told there was a coffee maker but never found one. Also slats on queen bed kept falling off the bed frame. He house worked well for 4 adults. comfortable sofa and lots of tv's.'

'Our stay was wonderful at this Oceanfront condo. The property was very clean and a perfect set up for a family with kids. It rained during our stay but we were able to enjoy the views on the balcony while our little ones napped. It was so convenient to go out to the beach when the weather was nice and pop back in when it started raining! It was very close to Freshfields village which was conventient. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Kiawah!'

'Nice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property. Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions...

'We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at the Pelican Beach Villa! This villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. Stunning views of the Edisto river. Just a quick walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The wildlife was incredible. We even had some deer come by as we were sitting on the covered porch. Highly recommend this villa! Thanks for having us! 😊'

'Enjoyed our lengthy stay in this well appointed condo. Conveniently located inside the Island with easy access to the beach, Fairfield Village and all those amazing golf courses. We took several trips to Charleston for dinning and golf. Would recommend Charleston National as a golf destination.'
