Good hotel in central business ditrict
Very good hotel in the Central busines district of Jakarta, with a good price/quality ratio. Close to the Transjakarta that - if you can stand the crowd in the bus - helps to beat the Jakarta traffic.

prima internet en aantal omliggende malls waar je goed en goedkoop kan eten. Badkamer oogt wat ouder maar wel schoon. Taxi v airport naar hotel ca 120.000 IDR, jekan ook witte Express taxi nemen ipv Bluebird Lusaka dat is ca 10% goedkoper. perfect uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.¡

ロケーションの良さから利用しましたが、やや古さが目立ちました。 部屋は騒音が気になり、また冷蔵庫がありません。コストに見合ったホテルと思います。

공원, 대형몰 인접한 위치는 최고, 청결도는 글쎄..
호텔 위치는 최고입니다. 공원 바로 옆이고, 대형몰도 가깝고 인프라가 아주 잘 갖춰져있습니다. 객실은 아주 넓습니다. 공원 뷰도 좋구요. 침대도 편하고 침구류는 깔끔한 편입니다. 하지만 연식이 오래된 느낌이 납니다. 로비에 들어서는 순간 하수구 악취 같은 것이 느껴졌구요. 엘리베이터도 삐그덕 거리는게 좀 무섭더라구요. 객실 바닥도 중간중간 들려있고 화장실도 청결하진 않네요. 화장실 하수구에서 올라온 바퀴벌레 3마리랑 인사했어요. 수건은 너무 오래 사용해서 걸레처럼 낡았네요. 에어컨 팬 돌아가는 소리가 너무 시끄러워서 에어컨을 끄고 잤습니다. 조식 뷔페는 음식은 괜찮지만, 현지 로컬 분들이 너무 많아서 정신이 없습니다. 숙박하시는 분들이 아니고 외부에서 식사만 하러 오시는 분들인 것 같더라구요. 4성 호텔이라고 하기에는 부족한 점이 많은 것 같아요.

The hotel is in a great location, very central and close to shopping centres, the train station, and right across the road from the venue for the music festival we were attending. The staff are friendly and helpful. I understand some floors of the hotel have been refurbished - we stayed on level 6 which is in desperate need of this. The room was very spacious but needs renovating, and the towels were very old. There were a number of things in the room's hotel information book that were incorrect - we had no mini fridge in the room, many of the TV channels listed were not available, a gym was listed but did not exist, and we went downstairs to go to the bar within the listed opening hours and it was closed. I would say they are prioritising the refurbished floors, I'd recommend paying the bit extra and getting a premium room on the higher levels.

The property looks and smells old the moment you step into the lobby. Don't let the accolades from yesteryears fool you think that it is a decent hotel, as I cannot even put it in the decent category. Finishing in the room and amenities like towels are super old and dated. I must say that this hotel gave me a chance to use a bar if soap for my shower in 20 years.. can't remember a time that a hotel provides a bar of soap instead of shower gel for the shower! The breakfast was nothing to shout about. It is kind of like a free seating buffet, as a business traveller, was shock to see someone else eating at my table, when I purposely went to get a hot cup of coffee and choose the table, before going to get my breakfast. The food is barely warm, staff around are not prompt in getting tables ready. Overall a lousy experience, and will definitely look elsewhere for accomodation in the future.

I didn't like that several things were broken in my room. The faucet in the bathroom leaked. The toilet paper holder would fall off onto the floor when you pull paper from it. The shelf in the shower, to place soap and shampoo, was broken and couldn't be used. It would flip down. The bar was closed. They said it closed for Covid and never reopened.

Location great, staff service is also good. The condition of the hotel is very poor. For as premium room that had the aircon leaking and the water heater not functioning is disappointing.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in this hotel and walking about the area. They had great airport transfers that you can pay with your credit card at the hotel, so you can save your cash. They also have taxis that they can call for you, but you need cash or an app to pay. The lobby and first 7 floors are really nice, but the other floors are dingy. It's kid and family friendly, so you can hear screaming children playing all night long. Their restaurants are the only game in town for anything remotely vegan. The staff is incredible.
