'The location is awesome. Raystown Lake was great. Property owner was nice and responsive to our needs and questions. A few things could be improved with comminication. House number was incorrect and we needed to contact owner to find it. Communicated fire pit was not usable only after booking and we had to lug our own. Listing says AC but we could not figure out how to work it and couldn't ask in the middle of the night, so it was uncomfortably hot. Windows didn't open easily either. Property...

'I was visiting the area to work for the EBT railroad and wanted more than just a hotel. The cottage was clean and quiet as promised. It is well stocked with what I needed to be able to cook some nice meals after a hard day's work. While it doesn't have WiFi, there is a good enough connection that a cellular phone hot spot will work. This is my preferred stay in the Orbisonia area.'

'A quaint cabin in the woods. Clean, functional, & convenient. Host was great!'

'It was very clean, lots of room and new. The pool table and spa tub was a home run for us. It was nice and quiet too, very relaxing.'

'Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. '

'Facility was clean. It is an older building but fairly well maintained. The owner lives only a few feet away. Very quiet neighborhood, which was want we wanted. Having the creek and the fire pit nearby was very nice. However, the junked cars on the neighbor's property do not add to the ambiance.'

'This house was clean and cozy from the beginning. A bunch of desirable amenities and plenty of space for our weekend getaway. We already shared the info with family and friends and look forward to coming back!'

'This location was great for exploring the nearby Shawnee State Park. It was cozy and quiet and we really enjoyed staying outside by the campfire with our dogs.'

'This cottage was great for my large family (4 adults & 6 children). We loved that it was so close to a cove. If we were not down at the water we were out on the covered deck playing games or relaxing outside. This place is wonderful!! We will definitely be returning!'

'The cottage was super cute, a great place for a much-needed girl's weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the coffee and snacks were a special treat. The only issue we had was finding the house the first day, we arrived after dark and had trouble finding the gravel driveway to the cottage. We had an amazing weekend exploring Bedford.'

'My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay while we helped our daughter move to Bedford. We were so delighted that this place was available and we were not disappointed. The cottage is perfect for two. We cannot say enough about how clean it was or how beautifully it was decorated. We had everything we needed including some much needed rest after watching our two grand-daughters all day. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We plan on returning soon.'

'The house inside was decently clean with the exception of the bathtub that was dirty. The area outside was another story. The outside was extremely unkept . The house looked uninhabitable. I never seen such dirty windows with so many cobwebs in my life. The porch was also super dirty with green mold. '

'The property was well kept and clean. Management was very helpful. Unfortunately the cabin was smaller than we anticipated. Temperatures of 90 made it very hot inside. Larger cabins are available but not at that time.'
