'This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge.'

Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. 'The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. 'Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip.'

The elk and mule deer just walk right up on the property as you’re out on the deck having coffee in the morning. The owners of the property are just terrific and respond quickly with any questions.
