We verbleven hier voor twee nachten. Een prettige kamer met goede bedden en een nette badkamer. Wat opviel was het uiterst aardige en behulpzame personeel. Bijzonder fijn was bijvoorbeeld de snelle wasservice die ons werd aangeboden. Daar waren we erg mee geholpen na er al zo'n twee reisweken op te hebben zitten. Nadeel was dat er geen ontbijt werd aangeboden. Gelukkig waren er in dit dorp en in een dorp verderop voldoende ontbijtmogelijkheden en winkels om het een en ander te halen. Een aanrader is verder het vlakbij gelegen treinmuseum, waar een leuke collectie is die ook voor vele filmopnames wordt gebruikt. Wij wisten niet van het bestaan van dit museum en waren aangenaam verrast.

Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer en goede wifi. 2 minpuntjes: geen diepvries en het douchegordijnen mag vervangen worden.

Leuk hotel met ruime kamer. Kamer wel een beetje stoffig. Eigenaar zeer behulpzaam. Goede WiFi verbinding en hotel is rustig gelegen.

Smoezelig en slecht onderhouden hotelkamer
De aangeboden kamer was slecht onderhouden. Het tapijt was vuil en vol met vlekken er lagen losse druiven in de lade en op de grond. De knop van de douche was los. Het geheel maakte een onfrisse indruk.

Wij hadden hotel inclusief continentaal ontbijt geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek dit 3 maanden geleden afgeschaft te zijn. Geen vervanging of excuus van het personeel.

I was surprised it was only a 2.5 star hotel. Rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was bad internet.

The room is clean, however, the shower curtain stinks so bad that it was hard to even pee without being disgusted. Requested to get it changed and for some towels the next day. We got the towels but the shower curtain was not changed. Had to go back to the front desk. We stayed for 4 nights, they changed the shower curtain but didn’t even bother to clear up the 2 tiny waste baskets or tidy up the bed. Towels and sheets needs to be replaced. Ana, the Asian lady at the front desk is great very apologetic and friendly.

It was a nice place. They put me on the 3rd floor with a small dog. it looked like they definitely were many lower rooms open. My dog would not go up the open stairs so I carried her up and down. I should have asked for the first floor, They should automatically put pets on lower levels if they can. That’s all.

Our suite had really thin walls, so our neighbor called the manager to tell them we were talking too loud. The manager threatened to kick us out for talking too loud. This was the only issue we had. The day manager was great. The night manager - not so great.

On the positive, the property was in a good location and the staff was friendly. On the negative, there were no amenities, the property was run down and dirty, and my husband was solicited in the parking lot. Our overall experience was not good.

It is hands down the lady that works the front. She is amazing. My door dash came to office so she helped my daughter with a hand cart to take to the room. Super cool. Pups welcome and they love coming. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little chilly.

Nice stay. The king suite with kitchenette was fairly large and our price deal was good. Plenty of hot water and heater and air conditioner worked good. Two tvs in the room and separate shower with massage head. The full size refrigerator lets you know when the door is still open which I thought was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the bed wasn't very comfortable. Kinda lumpy and some of the furniture is a little dated. Other than that I would recomend.
