Er bleek geen enkele mogelijkheid te zijn om te ontbijten. Dit stond wel in de (fake?) reviews. Verder is niet echt een hotel. Het is een receptie met verder geen enkele voorziening. Het zijn suites en geen hotelkamers. Wel heeft elke kamer een aanrecht, grote koelkast en enkele kookplaatjes of een magnetron.

Uniek is dat het zo dichtbij de oude stad gelegen is en je er fantastisch uit eten kunt. een minpuntje was dat op alle foto's van de kamers te zien was dat er een gelegenheid tot zelf koken was met twee kookpitten. die kookplaten ontbraken in onze kamer. Wel was de magnetron aanwezig. de receptiemedewerkers wilden met alle plezier proberen om er wat aan te doen, maar daar bleek ons verblijf van drie dagen te kort voor. Er stond op onze kamer maar één stoel, en daar kregen we op ons verzoek meteen wel een tweede bij. Perfect!

goed hotel, om een stad te bezoeken.
Wij hadden iets meer klantvriendelijkheid verwacht. Ivm.Pesach moesten wij er behoorlijk achteraan zitten, om te weten te komen, wat dat inhoudt, als niet Joods zijnde.

Een goede locatie. Vriendelijk personeel.
Een goede locatie. Dicht bij het centrum. Wel lawaaierig. Jammer dat thee en koffie niet iedere dag werd bijgevuld. En dat er in drukke periodes maar 1 persoon bij de receptie was.

Very convenient location. Near everything! Safe area too.. Shower hot water runs out after a bit- so no long showers.. Apparently they're doing construction cuz of rain damage but in the meantime the ceiling was crumbling from water damage. Curtains are old and dirty. You have everything you need in the room but nothing fancy and they don't change linens unless requested, even though I was there for 2 weeks! Overall it served the purpose and it was a decent stay but it could definitely use some work. Inside microwave wasn't cleaned before me. At check-in there was no one there, so I had to wait a while till he came which was kind of annoying cuz I was exhausted after a long flight. Staff was nice for the most part. You get what you pay for. No frills but u have what ever u need in the room....

I had a positive experience at City Center Hotel. The room was clean, though small; the service was pleasant, but best of all was the location- truly the center of Jerusalem.

It's Alright for One Night
Overall, it was okay. By Israeli standards, this would probably be considered nice. The pictures are incredibly deceiving. The furniture and bedding are not nearly as nice as they make them look. There was water leaking by the wall in the bathroom. My balcony overlooked piles of trash. I had to come by twice to check in because there was no one at the front desk. There was also no one there in the morning, so I left my room key with a note. The room was clean and okay for one night.

We had a problem checking into the hotel. We’re told that the reservation is cancelled. We got the email from Hotel.com couple days before check in regarding the upcoming hotel. We were shocked upon arrival with the news. They managed to let us and our friend traveling together check in with the same price. The tour agent lady at the reception desk was very bad. She booked three of us into the large group tour instead of a small one. She was wrong with the tour time (she said it finishes at 2, but it was 5, etc) The last night at the hotel, we asked the hotel receptionist about the place to eat, preferably the local authentic meals.. But all the restaurants were closed on Friday evening including the fast food places. we had to walk about 1 hour finding the open place to eat in the cold wether. There’re some communication problems in English at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location.

Really like this hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Wonderful location close to public transit, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Only item to be aware of is street traffic can be a bit loud.

Stayed here several but not sure if there was a change in management. I always left the room early and when I returned at noon, everything was made up. This time my room was being made past noon and the last there, at 2:00, the room wasn't made up. I was exhausted and wanted to relax. I saw the girl in the next room and told her I'll be back in an hour, can she make up the room. She said yes. Returned an hour later and saw her smoking a cigarette on the balcony of the next room I figured she was done. Went upstairs. Room wasn't touched. Told her to give me towels and forget the room. I'll think twice before I return

This is a "spot-on" property. Exactly what we were looking for and exactly where you need to be. Great room, clean, comfortable, modern (awesome shower) and a little kitchenette. The staff was great, with easy check-in and accommodating. The price was good in comparison to many expensive properties in the area. The location does not get more perfect. You can walk everywhere or you are just a couple minutes walk from the light rail. Highly recommended!
