My home whenever I'm in jozi. Love this place. It's safe, good parking. Big rooms, most of the time we book the appartment, really spacious and everything you need. Even a washer and dryer are in the appartment. The rosebank mall is a 5-10 min walk away.

I would highly recommend this place, the staff were courteous and helpful, the place was excellent to stay. Has air con and back up power which made the stay more comfortable. Keep up the good work.

This building needs a bit of maintenance. The gym was pretty tired looking, and neither the bike or elliptical worked. My room was OK, but the one chair was worn out and about to break; the a/c was very noisy; and there was a huge hole in the door of the bathroom. It was caused by poor construction and design. I would not stay there again, although I was offered another better room (on check out). It was unclear if they were offering me a free night. But I was too irritated by missing my workout. So I just checked out.

Stinks of cigarettes.
Room was clean, hotel was generally ok. Two massove issues for us. The photos and description showed a washing machine which wasnt there, if we knew there was no laundry facilities we would have booked elsewhere. Worst of all, the room and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette and cannabis, so much we couldnt sleep for both nights. There were discarded cigarette butts on other balconies. The management wouldnt change room for us.

Nice Comfortable Clean Hotel
Very nice hotel, comfortable bed and bathroom, high level of luxury for the price. The hotel is simple but clean, and the staff seem friendly. My only note is that this is about a 7-minute walk to the mall. Other reviews claim it is safe to do this walk at night but the receptionist told me otherwise. Walking down the street of the property felt too sketchy to do so when dark. Just be aware of this when deciding on your hotel.

Great Hotel and great Location
Great Hotel and great location close to the Rosebank Mall. The staff was very professional and very friendly and the hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

Fantastisk ophold, meget anbefalelsesværdigt
Vi boede her kun en enkel nat, men jeg har aldrig oplevet at få så god service på et hotel. Værelset var ikke helt klar da vi kom tidligt, men så hjalp de med at bestille takeaway og levere det til os ved poolen. Da vi fik værelset blev vi positivt overrasket. Lækre nye værelser, alle med eget flot badeværelse, og kæmpe enorme dejlige senge. Forstår ikke det kun er 3-stjernet, da kvaliteten i mine øjne er langt over. Om aftenen hjalp de med bordreservation, og kørte os frem og tilbage i deres shuttle bus, fantastisk service og dejligt trygt. Vi var lidt nervøse fordi alle havde frarådet os Johannesburg pga. sikkerhed, men hotellet her var nok det sted hvor vi på hele turen følte os mest passet på og sikre. Overall helt i top.

Bright, clean, well appointed location. Close to shopping at Rosebank Mall and area restaurants. All the staff were wonderful and helpful. Very nice breakfast available.

Ble møtt av hyggelig personale. Det var rent og ryddig. Fikk oppgradert rom med kjøkken. God seng, stille aircondition. Gjennomført minimalistisk design. Rask og stabil Wi-Fi. Frokosten hadde greit utvalg, men maten kunne vært bedre tilberedt. Overkokte egg og lite grønnsaker. Bassenget er lite, men alltid tilgjengelig. God sikkerhet og god informasjon gav et flott opphold. Rosebank mall rett i nærheten er et pluss. Anbefales!

Excellent Experience
This hotel is within walking distance of the Rosebank Mall, which is a vibrant mall that includes many restaurants and a movie theater. The Gautrain station and the Rosebank Hop-On Hop-Off Bus stop are both very close. The room was large and was very clean. A full kitchen and a washer and dryer were available in the room, but we did not use them. The wifi was good. The breakfast was well-stocked and included good food choices. Staff was very helpful and property security was good. A bag check was available that we used between checkout time and our departure for the airport. I will stay there again!
