No hot water. 2 rooms for 2 nights for over $600.00. \
Check in was good. Our request of two king rooms with one handicap accessible was granted. That was the only good thing. Saturday morning no hot water. We took cold showers. Notified the front desk. She said they had to reset the water heater. Second morning. No hot water. Front desk said the same thing when I called. We had to go someplace else to shower. Wasn't going to shower in cold water again. I called and they said I was told when we booked that they were remodeling and that we agreed to it. That we booked through Expedia and to call them to complain. I knew they were remodeling, but when I called the hotel to confirm, I mentioned the remodeling, and they said it wouldn't be an issue.
When we went to the dining area on our first morning, another guest told us they hoped we weren't in any hurry, that she had been waiting for 45 minutes. We just left.
We chose a Marriott property, because we didn't know the area, and figured we couldn't go wrong with them. We will know better next time.
