'Very spacious, very clean and very quiet spot. Granville is a lovely college town and the main square was walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but it was a minor inconvenience.'

Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.'
