I'm a business traveler. if you are as well. Don't, stay at this place. It took me 40 mins to check in - yeah it was at 10:15 at night. Yeah, that's late. guess what? I'd been driving all day. It was late for everyone.

It's a pretty gross motel. Super thin walls and ultra noisy with people coming in at 2am playing loud music. Shower tub was slow to drain. Fridge handles were super rusted and old. Would not recommend.

Do not book!
The second we walked in the room roaches all over. Went down to talk to someone another family also had them in their room. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open front desk and for her to say she was not aware of any roach issues. There is no way they don’t know and two different rooms had the same issue. They say we would receive a refund for stay but we had to scramble to find another room at 1am in a college town on family weekend.

I had booked and paid this hotel 9 days before my trip. When I arrived, the receptionist said I couldn’t get a room because they were all booked up. She was very rude and didn’t care that I had a reservation nor that I had already been charged for the room. There was a big event in the area, therefore every hotel was completely booked as well. I was then told that I would get a refund in 7-10 days. They tied up money so that I couldn’t even get another room. My family and I were forced to sleep in the car. Worst experience EVER!

This property should not be listed on Orbitz. It is unpleasant, the halls have a weird odor and one room on the floor had a sign posted “Unfit for human habitation” My son thought he’d have a bath but the water was yellow/brown. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.

It was a last minute trip and we had to check in late. Directions at front desk instructed us to call a number and someone will assist. For 30 minutes we kept calling and no one answered. I finally called the hotlone and someone got an attendant to come check us in. Staff needs to be on duty to answer phones.

Came to check in and no reservation was available. Had to find a hotel that was 3 x the price. There was no consolation for inconvenience it caused. It was supposed to be 120 bucks and we ended spending 300 for a few hours of sleep.

The room above me was so noisy like big thuds that would make you jump. I went to relax not be up with my dog all night because loud noises make her start stunning circles. I called front desk twice and it would get louder. There was a couple hour break then when desk person went home it was double thus until 1:44 am. The first thing I saw driving up to the hotel was a boarded-up window, but the staff said someone drove into the building and it wasn’t broken into. So I checked in since I had pre-paid for 2 nights. It was SO noisy! I went into the restroom, used the facilities and pulled gently on the toilet paper roll only to have the holder fall off and the toilet tissue went rolling. The top of the sink was secured with foaming caulk, so I assume that had been broken. When I went to take a shower the handle fell off in my hand. I put it back on and tried to turn on the water to hot, but the knob just went in circles. I finally got it to turn on, but there was no hot water. Absolutely nothing in the room - no coffee maker, nothing. The bed was very uncomfortable with a threadbare blanket. I left the next morning even though I paid for another night. I couldn’t even say anything as there was no staff to be found. I would never recommend this place!

This property gave me a negative experience with the shower faucet dripping all night. Then a guest in the next room let the alarm go off since 5:30 am until 7:00 am. I didn’t know where to leave the keys when I left because the reception counter was closed. It could have been better.

It was very basic. We had 2 towels for 4 people. No shampoo or tissues. Wish they offered two queen beds. The hallways and elevator smelled really bad. And they didn’t have any staff there all night so I’m the morning when I needed towels I couldn’t get them.

It was good for what we needed at a good price. The front desk person was welcoming. Overall it was reasonably clean. However, the towels were pretty gross with stains and hair on them. We ended up buying our own to use.

I hate to give a low rating being that ive stayed at this location traveling for work many times. It was too noisy until after 1am with slamming doors and loud talking in hallway as well as outside. Also more people hanging around building making me feel unsafe.
