'Fantastic stay with 3 generations of family in one household was a joy at your beautiful and spacious home. Loved that we all had our own space and enough bathrooms to get ready. 'Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time'

'Excellent place. Close to everything. House is as described. Wake up every morning and watch the surfers and yellow tangs from the deck. Parking is a little tight but manageable. Found it hard to leave the deck. Amazing sunsets. Would book again.'

'We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again.'

'Very nice place to stay. Beautiful sunsets and view from the Lanais. Close to Kailua Kona. Great place to relax and cool down after long days at the beach. Beds are comfortable and clean. Beach equipment and a washer and dryer were helpful. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We stayed for three days and really enjoyed the neighborhood, park, and proximity to the ocean. The neighbors were the only downside. There was a massive party on our first night and so we were not able to sleep very well. Party was less than a second night and happily quiet on the third night.'

'Property is very clean and well maintained, walking distance from grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. They have Beach and snorkeling gears available for use. The view of the ocean and bbq is amazing! Will book this property again in the future.'

'It was a very spacious house. The living room/kitchen were very large. There were two bedrooms. The location is great very close to a great snorkeling spot. There were lots of supplies we could use. We were very happy with the fresh fruit, the delicious cookies, the juice and eggs. It was a bit warm in house but with the fans and the air conditioning it cooled down soon! We had a very good time!'

'The condo was well appointed and equipped with a comfortable and spacious master bedroom. The full-sized kitchen had condiments and spices for use. The patio was quite private, shielded with a tall bamboo hedge. However, that also made it feel a bit hemmed in with no view of grounds or scenery. The tree canopy attracted lots of birds for viewing from the patio, which was nice. I wish the patio grill was in better working order and there wasn’t an additional $25 cleaning charge for its use. 'We’ve been to Hawaii so many times, but it’s our second time on the Big Island, I highly recommend this place. Great location, it’s right on the street to get out, but no issues. Cleanliness is my biggest issue with VRBO, this home is so nice and clean and I think it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, I would definitely come back. Awesome!!'

'We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly.'

'We absolutely loved our stay! The house was 7 minutes to Keauhou Bay which was where our Manta Ray and Kealakekua Bay snorkel trip departed from. The house is also across the street from some of the best snorkeling we did on the island, we snorkeled at Kealakekua Bay (Captain Cook Bay) and a couple spots north of the airport and we still preferred the bay across the street. The rooms are private, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is so well equipped, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware....
