'The room we were assigned at check in had a strong damp smell so I asked for a different room. The reception staff were happy to oblige, although they took the precaution of having so much air freshener sprayed in the second room it was difficult to breathe, let alone assess whether this room was also damp! We had to prop the door open and wait outside for 10 minutes until the smell subsided! Fortunately it was fine. After a shaky start, the rest of our three-night stay was pretty uneventful....

'The room was clean. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The check in process was fast as well as the check out. Really appreciate it. The bathroom amenities were more than enough. Towels were clean (like it). Water pressure and the shower was a little bit low (was in room 327). The laundry was good and clean (would be great if the hotel provided laundry bag. It was not available on My trip) Small notes on the swimming pool, found used mask leaved on the swimming pool chair / table (quite annoying)...

'Je krijgt hier veel vierkante meters voor je geld. Een aparte zitruimte en eetruimte, zodat je geen kruimels oo bed krijgt als je in het hotel wilt eten. Ze hebben een prachtig zwembad, dat op zee uitkijkt, en waar je degelijk baandjes kan trekken. In de ochtend kan het er wel erg druk zijn. Het hotel heeft enorm veek kamers en wordt goed bezocht, waardoor het bij de receptie en bij de lift wel eens lang wachten kan zijn. Onderhoud loopt hier en daar wat achter, maar het blijft een favoriet.'

'The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to a shopping mall and bar/restaurant the location is very good. However, when I walked in it smelt damp, looked damp and felt damp.
