'Overall we were very happy with the apartment. We did feel that the couch has seen better days and was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. And the mattress in the bedroom wasn’t very comfortable at all. But those were minor and we enjoyed our stay. '

'The condo is beautiful inside and very nicely updated. The layout of the condo is great and has plenty of room . We had everything we needed for our stay and really enjoyed the deck with the nice little ocean view. It is situated very close to the beach and in walking distance to many amenities. The owner is wonderful to work with and very responsive to messages. We will definitely try booking again!'

'This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!'

'We had an amazing time in Maui and loved staying in your place. It is perfectly located near great local shops and beaches, with our favourite shave ice and gelato place just down the street. It is a very nice place and well stocked. We made great use of the cooler and beach chairs. Shower head is a little low for taller people, but a minor factor on a great vacation. Our family is already looking forward to planning another trip to Maui!'

'The condo was appropriately decorated in a beach theme. The public beach access was across the street and down a block from this condo. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. 'The best features of this property is location and view. I think this is the only 6 story building in the area and is designed with all units to have an ocean view. Since this unit is on the top floor, the ocean view was the best! We enjoyed watching surfers, both experienced and beginners in surf school, from our lanai. The location is adjacent to shops, restaurants, and bars. The building lower level has shops including a great deli and a convenience store.it also has good off street parking....

The only problem was the bedrooms have windows that are on the walkway. They are high enough for privacy but you can hear your neighbors if they are loud in their condos in the late evenings. 'I’ve stayed at the Kihei Kai Nani many times, but this was the first time in Katarina’s condo. We had such a wonderful time. "Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen. Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden. "
