'Excellent location, the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The housekeeper came daily and was very professional. The reception was at a nearby property but the receptionist went out of his way to give excellent restaurant recommendations and was there to help. Overall the area felt very safe and secure. The only downside was we could not get any hot water for the shower, and so the daily freezing shower was more unpleasant than refreshing. '

'Location! Location! Location! Palmariva Villas is located in the heart of Fira. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and night clubs! Everything is right outside the entrance! 'Father and son were very helpful. The free breakfast prepared for you and served in your room at the time we arranged was better than any hotel or fancy eatery we had ever been in. 'I loved this hotel. The kitchen amenities were perfect, with a cute little kitchen suite, dishes, hot plate, kettle, and more. There was also a good sized desk in the bedroom area. The balcony had a lovely view. The service was exceptional, and I would definitely choose this hotel again when staying in the area. The owners are very caring and responsive.'
