Staff was nice. Room was clean. Window shade didn’t go down all the way and I was on first floor, so I didn’t like that someone could be outside my window staring in if they wanted and the light from the parking garage was shining in right on the bed, making it a little challenging to sleep.

The property is in transition with a remodel. It is looking good. We liked the choices but we had a large room that looked like they forgot to put in the rest of the furniture. The bad news is a shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower stall. Maybe they could choose something else. The toilet didn't work and when we mentioned that to two employees neither suggested a refund or that they were sorry. Dining options were good but the person at the desk when we checked in gave us no restaurant options except 17 miles away because he didn't eat anything around their property. A bit weird with Q39 (BBQ) within 4 minutes of their hotel. Price was good, but . . . check the toilet before you unpack!

It was very easy to check in. There is a $250 safety deposit at check-in, but it’s refundable. Room was very clean. Our room got very hot during the night, even with the A/C unit turned on. It kept turning off at random points, which made it very hot and humid in our room. Otherwise, it was a perfectly fine stay.

This is a very run down motel and in spite of the painting (lipstick on a pig) we were very disappointed. It also had moth balls in the corners of the halls and the whole space smelled. Toilet didn’t flush occasionally. And house cleaning wasn’t very thorough.

Staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful.. the only complaint I have is our room was not completely clean. My bed had sheets with stains on a couple different places that were VERY noticeable… and our mat for the shower was stained brown. It made me feel uneasy so I slept on top of my personal blanket & didn’t use the mat.. other than that it was cheap and convenient for an overnight stay!

The room was very clean with a pleasant smell, staff was friendly. However, the elevator was very small, had no working button lights and seemed to be in need of cosmetic upgrades. Nice staff, not safe
The bed was comfortable, the free breakfast was good and the lady that served that was very nice. The location was good, but it was an old building that had been remodeled very poorly. There were light switches that were not installed properly and extension cords that were hanging by the plug-in rather than resting on the floor. I lost hot water while taking a shower one morning. There were three red fingerprints on the back of the bathroom door when we first got there that were still there even after towels had been replaced by housekeeping, so I know they didn't wipe anything down. The noise from the street was very loud and made falling asleep very difficult, even with Pandora lullabies playing on my phone. Next time I'll go with the more expensive hotel in the area we were visiting or deal with the drive from a place farther away.

Pretty good
The service was nice breakfast was so so there was some leftover cereal and stuff under the bed area from the previous person and some hair in the bathroom from the previous person so I would give it a three for cleanliness, but everything else was great.

Great spot!
Great spot- could use some updates. It definitely needs some more space within a room with two bedrooms. There was hardly any room for luggage or clothes or getting dressed in that room because the beds took up all of the space. Additionally, there needs to be more light in the room, there were many occasions where I did my make up or put an outfit together and walked outside and it looked way different than I thought it would. The hotel is an excellent location and the staff is wonderful. would definitely stay again!
