We are so very sorry to hear about the incident with your automobile in the parking lot. According to our records, we do see that an incident report was filled out but we did not see any police report per our request. Should you wish to have a report created, we are more than happy to assist them with accessing video footage if necessary to help find who may have damaged your vehicle. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We're sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. The hotel was full occupancy during your stay and the elevators were in constant motion. We're surprised to hear your description of the mattresses and pillows as they are newer plush beds with premium linens. We would have been happy to exchange the pillows. We appreciate you staying with us. The hotel was renovated in 2019 although the bathroom size is not able to be changed. We certainly apologize you were unhappy with the breakfast buffet. All of these items have been addressed with our senior management team to implement measures to prevent these from occurring in the future. We are so sorry for the inconveniences you experienced.Due to the unusually frigid temperatures and weather conditions, heaters were operational but were not keeping up due to the extreme cold. We apologize for the wait times to get food. Unfortunately, many of our staff were unable to make it into work on those weather days. We did provide overnight accommodations to our staff but had limited availability of rooms. We hope you give us another chance to show you these were isolated incidents.

We pride ourselves on our hard working housekeeping staff maintaining the image of the hotel.Please note that your comments regarding the hotel cleanliness isn't a common or frequent occurrence. During your stay, the hotel was at full occupancy with a large group of high school students attending a conference. The housekeeping staff worked diligently to maintain cleanliness, however, some guests were not considerate in assisting with the process of picking up after themselves.We hope to welcome you back in the future so that you will see how the hotel is maintained on a frequent basis.
