'The property was great. Clean. Functional. Comfy. Based on the pictures we were looking for a place a little more away from neighbors and this isn’t that. Neighbors are right close because the property is long and narrow BUT the way the yard is bordered by trees/other plant life you do get privacy. I feel like a picture of the parking area would make the house easier to find so you would know what you are looking for street side.'

It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. 'Waikaloa Colony Villa Condos are conveniently located in the Waikaloa Resort area. They are well maintained and very quiet! Pool area is beautiful! Condo is well appointed with spices, beach towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and pool noodles. Beds are comfortable and ceilings fans keep condo cool enough, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning very often at all. We would love to stay here again!!'

'Our condo stay was a delight. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed our time at the pool and beach. This condo was roomy and very clean. We could not get the jet tub to work, so having instructions would have helped. The decor/ art work in the condo was splendid. Sofa bed mattress downstairs needs improving. 'The condo was well appointed and equipped with a comfortable and spacious master bedroom. The full-sized kitchen had condiments and spices for use. The patio was quite private, shielded with a tall bamboo hedge. However, that also made it feel a bit hemmed in with no view of grounds or scenery. 'The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends.'

'This home was absolutely idea for our family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren). Plenty of room for each family unit to have their own space. The kids (and adults) spent a lot of time in the infinity pool. The home was very well equipped and had everything that we needed to make our stay exceptional. 'Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids.
