'We all enjoyed the property. It was a ways away from most activities but was quiet and we fit perfectly. The family all travel extensively and use B and B's and other means.. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it.'

The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. 'Loved the property. Location was great with easy walks to the resort to watch the surfers, sunrise and sunsets. Pool and beach activities all in easy distances. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. 'Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity.
