'Short getaway with the family. Loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, well appointed. Pool would not warm up and had problems getting it fixed before we had to leave. Management did send workmen to try and fix the problem. Thanks for a fun place to gather!'

This one had the most reasonable price, sue to the fact that they didn't charge an outrageous amount for fees like many others did. 'The place is great! Really nice for a family. No stairs to contend with. The gathering space is wonderfully large. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. They are very soft and saggy.'

'The property Ocotillio 13 was generally very good except for the triple bunk beds that were unusable for adults. Three of our party slept in in the balcony and elsewhere. Be careful when you advertise these as queen, full and twin which they are not except for kids. We thought they would be separate full and queen beds along with bunk twin beds.'

After getting voicemail, the property manager called back in about 15 minutes, she was very short, said she would send someone by the next morning.
