The staff went out of their way to help us and we were able to leave our bags during the day once we had checked out, before we left for the airport later in the afternoon. 'DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. Hotels.com please...
