The extraordinary friendly and passionate staff make you feel like home away from home. Room was spotless clean, modern and very well equipped. Bathroom is luxurious and looks like all was just brand new. Great fresh breakfast served every morning and happy hour in afternoon with snack and wine - we give this place 11 out of 10 and we will be definitely back.'

'Our first time in Key West and H2O suites was the perfect place. A modern facility with exceptional service, decor, and staff. We are greeted with a glass of champagne, easy check-in, and escorted to our beautifully appointed modern room with a private pool on the patio. 'Fantastic, couldn’t have picked a better place! Great atmosphere, very luxurious. Loved all the patio seating in cosy nooks and corners everywhere. Red poinsetta’s everywhere, I loved it! Breakfast menu is set, and suited our taste very well. To say the location was convenient is an understatement. It’s right of Duval, but still quiet enough to get a great night’s sleep. We left the car and walked everywhere.'

'We enjoyed our stay so much! Front desk really made sure everything was taken care of. Would certainly recommend this location for everyone. If there would be a small point than it can only be the location. You need a car to be able to get to Smarthers. On the other end Duval is close by... All in all had a tremendous time here'

'Heel leuk hotel in centrum key west. Alles op loopafstand. Grote kamer met bad en douche. Key west is ook een leuke plaats maar al die andere eilanden is niet veel.'

'My first Bed and Breakfast and it set a hugh standard. We stayed 2 nights in Rm 1 and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is grab and go style and there was a sweet kitty what greeted us everytime we got back. Parking is a few blocks but we were able to easily drop off and load up befire parking. Definitely near the good stuff on Duvall but very quiet area. We came during Spring Break when it was high season. Loved the Elemis bath assesories very nice touch. Would stay again for sure. '
