Great view of ocean and nice location
The 3 sliding glass doors lead to the balcony, great view, nice swimming pool, located between 2 beaches. Easy Uber access. However, the washer and dryer are noisy, slow and low capacity. The oven does not hold a temperature and pizzas burn up. The unit is a little dated. I would stay at the property again but a different unit.

Unexpected fees!!!
Great views, balcony, separate spacious rooms, pool and hot tub packed, great location. Security was not friendly. People that live in the building are mean and like police people watching you. Never see anyone cleaning property: pool, etc. Charges were more then expedia promised, taxes, cleaning fees and other crap. Additional unexpected fees charged after the stay, they expect you to leave the apartment in immaculate condition, and if you don't additional fees applied. Be aware!!! Or and master bedroom had bed bugs, still itching.

This is the only place I've ever been expected to wash my own linens, dishes, and take the trash out when I leave or suffer additional fees (and there is a $65 cleaning fee on top of that). Unreasonable considering the price. There are no hotel staff as this is a condo. Other than that, very nice property.

I would recommend this hotel for families. Great pool, nice neighborhood, and bike distance to Duval. Great customer service! I highly recommend getting the ocean view or partial ocean view.

Excellent choice instead of a hotel
We went to Key West for fishing and a 5 day stay. The condominium was very clean and had all of the necessary accommodations for a great stay. The door lock was a bit of a challenge and the stove could use some updating but otherwise very comfortable and we were super pleased with our choice. The pool and courtyard areas were amazing. Huge pool and great looking grounds. A bit of a distance from Duval but only a $15 cab ride which wasn't so bad considering the quality of the space. Right next to Smathers beach. You aren't provided with daily maid service so if you are used to that, pick a hotel. We were perfectly fine with lack of service and rarely find the need to go to the front desk of a hotel anyway.

Great family vacation
We had a fabulous vaction here. The rooms are very spacious and were perfect for our blended family with step children, as everyone had their own sleeping space. The unit was great, very clean, very comfortable and very close to the centre of Key Wet. Highly recommend a stay here.

The Condo was understated in all the reviews I read while researching it. This place has to be the hidden gem of Key West. It was an all around 5 star facility in every way. The condo is a fourth floor unit with an OCEAN VIEW as advertised. Everything in the condo worked perfectly. The unit was extremely quiet, and this was a concern for me as it is located near the Key West Airport and the Naval Air Station. Meeting the property manager during our stay helped me to understand why so quiet. The entire property has recently been remodeled with new hurricane-proof three piece sliding doors (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). According to Kirk (who manages these and lives there on property) these doors were very expensive. What quality ! The olympic pool and large hot-tub were never crowded and were kept immaculate !! The private grounds were perfectly landscaped and reminded us of the property in Kauai HI, the Grand Hyatt 5 star hotel grounds. The condo was so comfortable that it was hard to leave to go enjoy all the sites of the Key. We were late arriving to the property our first day as we toured each Key on our drive down. But they were so accommodating that they have an on site security guard who was only too happy to sign us in late. Special thanks to all of the staff there for making our stay the best part of our island visit !! Keep up the good work !!

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. Great ocean view from terrace. Very clean pool, nice tennis courts and gardens. Very spacious 2 bedroom condo with comfortable beds. Nice to be away from the touristy Duval Street area.

Schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage direkt an einem der wenigen schönen Badestrände von Key West, gute 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Einchecken klappte im Security-Büro der Anlage reibungslos. Warum man hier ein hotelteam bewerten muss, ist mir ein Rätsel.

Great condo close to beach
Getting in there wasn't easy as Expedia failed to explain check in. No on site office. Had to take a taxi to the office after security office told me nothing he could do. Had to wait an hour outside as that office didn't open on a Saturday until 1:00pm. After that the woman in the office offered us a ride back then somebody else came into the office and she just called us a cab. When we finally got there we had to wait until 4:00 to get into our room as they were still cleaning and we had to tote all of our luggage with us. Didn't offer anything for our serious inconvenience. The woman in the office was ok to blame Expedia but didn't like the fact when I mentioned that 1800 Atlantic never sent me an email either. The room was absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing.

Hugest whirlpool bathtub I've ever seen!!
The only gripe about our hotel is that it's pretty far from Duval St., but we rented bikes and it was a breeze after that. The balcony is awesome!! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room make you feel right at home. I think for the price we paid, they could've maybe provided complimentary airport service or cab fares to and from Duval St.

Welcome to the 80's
Being a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 1 year old I wanted somewhere in Key West where I could have a two bedrooms and a kitchen/lounge area. This is one of the few places we could find. I will admit it was not cheap, but hey this is Key West and nothing is. We had an apartment numbered C1xx which unfortunately overlooked the road and not the pool or beach, and everything in Key West is small right? WRONG. This place was surprising large. It had a massive master bedroom, a medium size second room and a large kitchen/lounge area. I am guessing each apartment is different and ours was definitely different. I looks like it was decorated in the 80’s and all the appliances are still from that era. This actually turned out to be pretty cool and whilst others may find it a drawback we did not. What was a little disappointing it that the place needed a bit of repair as some parts were in need of repair. For example one of the sliding doors fell off and missed my 1 year old by about a foot. The grounds are adequate and there is a pool and a little private beach. The walk to Smathers beach which is a lot nicer is about 100 yards. It is situated a little way from old town so you either need to take a cab, do a 2 mile walk, hire a bike or do what we did and drive. The apartment had underground parking and parking downtown was not too hard.

The condo we stayed in has seen better days. The couch is very soiled from use. Was not aware that the second bedroom was only twin beds. Seemed very small. Wallpaper dirty. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders for the place. Internet service was not very good. The grounds and pool were nice. Location to downtown was good. Had a fun trip. But the price of the condo was to high for what we got. Never dealt with hotel staff it was a condo.

I was somewhat disappointed. I was under the impression that the condo complex had it's on beach, and while it is ocean front property it does not have a beach. At the shore line it is coral and rocks that you can barely walk on. The condo itself is on the fourth floor and does have a good view. At one time this was a really nice condo, however it is showing its age and needs refurbishing. It was clean and still comfortable. It is a little to far from the old town area to walk, but a very short drive, (plan on paying for your parking). The condo complex has a nice pool, security in the complex is very good, all entries are key locked or controlled by key card. Would I stay here again? Maybe if more than just my wife and I were going, if they would remodel a little. We were there Oct. 12 to 19 2013.

Great location for a family or two couples!
This facility exceeded my expectations. Our room had an ocean view (wow!) and it was beautiful! The location is close but not so close that you hear the rowdy partiers or road noise. You could easily bike to town and it's between two beaches. The two bedrooms were nice sized. The room came with a king bedroom and separate full bedroom. There were two rollaway beds and an air mattress to boot. There was plenty of space in the living area also. TVs with Satelite in each room so everyone could watch what they wanted during downtime. The kitchen was a full sized eat in kitchen with all the appliaces you have at home. There was a formal dining table for 6 in addition to the table in the kitchen for 4. The furnishings were nice, they were not the latest design, but all were clean and in good shape. When I go back to Key West, I will try to stay here again. This was far more affordable and well appointed than two hotel rooms which is what we usually have to get for our family. Underground parking was fantastic because our car was never hot when we got in it and we had a place to put bicycles, too. Last, the unit came with enough towels for a large family and a washer and dryer!

Great Hotel for Families
Undergoing construction and that was already communicated to us prior to booking the room so we knew. It's going to be an even greater place once that is complete. This place was great for us because we have two younger children. You cannot get into the property without a key which made us feel very safe. The room was much larger than I expected. It was wonderful! The full size kitchen saved us money on eating out each meal.

When I go to Hotel.com I expect a Hotel, full service not a time share! And then to find a nice letter stating I had to do the wash, clean the dishes and if owner didn't like the condition I left it in I would be charged. The room was quite comfortable and nice and at a good location. There was one big problem as there was remodeling going on on our side (east) of the building. Construction noise (loud) started early so that one could not sleep in and they worked late. It would have been nice if our room had been on the west side where there was no construction.

Good beach location
The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were warned that there was some construction going on to the exterior, but it was minimal and only during the day when we weren't really there. It's right around the corner from Smathers Beach. It's not a bad walking distance from Old Town, if you're used to walking. If not, it's only a 5-10 minute drive. The price wasn't bad if you have the 5-6 people it will hold.

This condo complex is very run down and has not had any 'face lifts' in ages. The location is decent because it is waterfront, has gorgeous views and is near Smather's Beach but the general up-keep of the building itself was disappointing. Our rooms had not been properly cleaned as there was hair plastered to the side of the wall in the shower, and the carpets were dirty and worn. There was no wi-fi access (even though it was advertised as having it). Further, there was a large cockroach lying dead under the bathroom sink from where it got into the pesticide (other evidence of not being properly cleaned). Overall, the experience left much to be desired.

The condo was really roomy and well laid out. It's a pain that you have to do your own laundry and take out the trash. the biggest issue was that there was a HUGE construction project going on that was extremely loud and very intrusive. We were not forewarned of that and would have stayed elsewhere if we known.

Good for small groups
The apartment we were given was large and had 2 bathrooms (which was a bonus as there were 5 girls !). Good kitchen and nice big balcony. We had a large double bed, 2 singles and a large sofa bed (so also good for 2 or 3 couples). Plenty of space (loads of wardrobe space). Bath and Beach towels provided. Great pool (and jacuzzi). Overall a great find. The only negatives: It is slightly out of town, you ideally need a car or taxi to get to Duvall Street (however you can hire bikes). Also the private beach is not really a 'beach', more like rocks. You have to walk outside and along the road a little way to get to a large beach.

Da vi booket hotellet ble vi ikke gjort oppmerksom på at hotellet er under total-renovering. Det betydde for oss at det ikke fantes hverken vått eller tørt og allt av fasiliteter på hotellet var steng. Veldig skuffende for oss som kun hadde 1 dag i Miami og hadde gledet oss til et flott hotell med svømmebasseng mm. Veldig skuffende.
