The day we got there for our 5 day vacation, the computers went down and NO ROOM KEYS could be made.
What this meant is that every time you had to go to your room, you had to have a front desk member walk you to your room and unlock it for you. Seems OK until you've done it 20 times. And at night, the LOBBY CLOSES so you have to walk to the 24 North hotel next dooor to have them open the door.
NOT ONCE did someone ask me for ID to get into our room, not once. Definitely not OK.
For check in we had to write our names on a piece of paper - where you could see every other persons name and phone number. Privacy breech of contract.
Stay at 24 North instead, food is better, lobby is staffed 24hrs a day.
