Eenvoudig hotel gelegen op enkelkilometers afstand van het centrum. Zeer eenvoudig ontbijt in relatief kleine eetzaal. Kamer was netjes.

Goedkoop motel nabij Kingston.
Goedkoop motel waar de eigenaars hun best doen om het zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ontbijt is wel zeer mager.

Smerigste hotet in jaren! Niet boeken!
Na de goede recensies dit hotel geboekt. Bij inchecken al een vreemd gevoel. Dit werd bevestigd bij binnenkomst kamer stonk! Lampenkap onder de schimmelvlekken. Tapijt smerig, ouwe bende. Geen veilig gevoel. Wij zijn op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel, deze gelukkig gevonden. Jammer van de dubbele kosten. Bij de receptie kwam de opmerking “Het is wat het is!” Zeer klantvriendelijk iedereen maakt zijn eigen keuze. Als Hotel.com zou ik dit hotel NIET aanbieden. Wij hebben al heel veel hotels geboekt maar dit nog nooit meegemaakt!!

Prima overnachting zeker voor die prijs. Lekker rustig, lekker geslapen. Wel een stukje van de stad af. Ontbijt was prima en werd goed bijgevuld. Eigenaresse deed haar best het iedereen naar de zin te maken.

Prima hotel, erg vriendelijke eigenaren (familie)
Het is een eindje rijden naar het centrum van de stad, maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima. De hotels in Kingston zelf zijn wat ons betreft veel te duur geprijsd. Dit is een prima hotel, hele vriendelijke eigenaren (een familie runt het hotel) en in de stad kan je de hele dag parkeren voor maar 15 dollar. Dat heb je snel uitgespaard met dit prima hotel aan de rand van de stad. Ik zou er zeker nog een keer verblijven op de weg terug naar Toronto/

Mr. JoeyThank you for sharing your experience with us. We called you as soon as we found visible cigarette in toilet bowl along with ashes on the table, heavy smoke smell in the room. Our property is 100% smoke free. We take pride in our guest service since handicap guest had a hearing issue, front desk agent has to speak loudly to communicate with him. We are sorry that you felt our newly renovated room was dirty only after check out and after charging smoking fee. You can call us any time to discuss this further with our team. Hotel should be just renovated and everything is fresh new, which is very pleasant. The staff are all nice and patience. Very conveniently located, close to 401. Gas station is across the street and some restaurants are also close. Overall, happy with this stay. Thanks.

It was fine for the price, which was also slightly discounted. However, the hallway was lined with tarps and plastic, there were building materials along the way and a fair bit of drywall debris left. The room was musty smelling - not too bad, but not great either. The smell didn’t go away even though I opened the windows and turned on the fan while I went out to dinner.

The room was dark and not very clean - a lot of surfaces weren't wiped as I could see dirty, oily fingerprints. The washroom and bed were very outdated, the sofa was worn out. The room smelled very musty and not great, I had to keep spraying perfume to deal with the scent. Was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room - that was the only good thing. Expected better for the price, to be honest.

Door to our room was pretty sketchy. It was a renovated room so the door was new but not installed properly. It didn’t close properly so it sounded like it was opening all night.

After a long day the check in was quick and efficient, the room is modern, clean, lots of electric and charging outlets. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is clean, roomy and the water is hot. I will stay here again
