There’s also a nice covered outdoor patio with a TV for hanging out, outside. Owner is very responsive and good to deal with. I will definitely stay again when in the area.'

'Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!'

'A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron'

'Loved everything about this wonderful little house in the woods. We enjoyed the peace and quiet while relaxing on the front porch or by the fire pit. We visited Harpers Ferry and Antietam Battlefield during our stay and had the best time. Bonnie and George were great hosts. They suggested things to see and do in the area. They thought of everything when deciding to open up their home for others to enjoy. Would like to stay again in the future, especially during the fall season.'
