Beautiful location with wonderful, friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. The spa and spa staff are amazing!!! Can’t recommend it enough. The only downside to this hotel is the hygiene and slightly dated pool surroundings. The hygiene around the breakfast buffet area could be a lot better, ie, food covered up to prevent the horrendous amount of flies going on food and plates, really was off putting. Could be managed better to prevent illness. Overall wonderful stay.

Perhaps it's the best resort I've ever been
This resort is located towards the north of the island. It is accessible either by a curvy road which takes around 30 minutes from Tong Sala, the main town or directly by speedboat from Koh Samui. The resort is simply the paradise and is in harmony with the flora and fauna of the island. The staff from the reception, to the bistro and from the house keeping crew to the massage therapists were nice and lovely. The breakfast was tasty and delicious. There's a lot of variety of meals and drinks suitable for every taste. I upgraded to an ocean view suite with a private pool which was stunning and impressively amazing. The spa is beautiful and the massages were excellent. The room is spacious modern with all the amenities needed. You can request a different type of pillow or anything else that is suitable to your needs. For sure it's not a cheap place to stay but it's worth it to spoil or pamper yourself at least once in your lifetime by enjoying some massages or take a swim in the private pool or into the crystal waters of the beach or simply enjoying the charming beach with the views while having your morning coffee. If you're looking for the paradise and enjoy a relaxing holiday this is the right place. I wish I could stay there forever. This resort and Koh Phangan are simply pure love! If I have a chance I would love to come back and be pleased to do so.

Anniversary stay, amazing!
We had a fabulous four nights stay, didn't want to leave. Beautiful property with outstanding service. Everything was first rate, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, large pool with an adults only section, gorgeous beach with plenty of chairs, nearby village is steps away for dining options. The staff are so friendly and helpful, just a wonderful experience. Breakfast out on the beach, very nice touch.

The property setting with beautiful gardens and right on the beach was fantastic. The ocean view villa was spacious and well fitted with a big terrace with a jacuzzi pool and view of the sea. Near the hotel within short walking distance and a quiet road are a number of local restaurants if u don’t fancy the hotel meals that can be pricey. Breakfast on the beach was an excellent way to start the day. The weather was a bit of a downer as every single day we had massive waves and couldn’t swim. All the staff were polite and friendly and both Andrea and Yiannis did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one.

Un sogno!
Hotel eccellente, tutti i servizi che ci si può immaginare da un resort 5 stelle: colazione fantastica e completissima (occidentale, thai, frullati, spremute, uova cucinate in qualsiasi modo, sushi), personale sempre attento a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. In camera c’erano: accappatoi, infradito, borsa da mare con teli già pronti, ombrello, bilancia digitale, televisore con Apple TV, repellente per le zanzare, macchina del caffè con capsule Nespresso gratuite, che, come le bottiglie d’acqua, venivano rifornite quotidianamente. L’hotel è un po’ defilato dalla movida dell’isola: per noi è stato un valore aggiunto, ma tenetelo in conto quando programmate un soggiorno qui, anche perché i trasporti, rispetto a Bangkok o ad altre isole, non sono economicissimi.

The property location is perfect being on the beach in the centre of the bay and next to a village with an array of shops and restaurants. The service was impeccable with the staff remembering your names and eager to assist. The management were visible and every day too and happy to discuss your needs and happiness or just genuinely talk. Free paddle boards and kayaks were an added bonus. The whole resort had a relaxed but well organised feel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Best choice of stay for our entire Thailand vacation. Food is superb, and room is spacious and comfortable. Room pool is amazing. The hotel's resort and passages are wonderful and enjoyable. The private beach is not far and truly comfortable.

Le camere con piscina privata sono belle e spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. La sola terrazza con piccola piscina idromassaggio privata vale il costo elevato anche perchè gode di molta privacy e ci si può permettere di bagnarsi e prendere il sole senza costume. La struttura è immersa in un magnifico giardino tropicale e la parte di spiaggia privata dell'hotel è la più spaziosa rispetto agli altri resort vicini, consentendo una più che discreta distanza tra i lettini. Il resort è a due passi da un piccolo villaggio dove si trovano ottimi ristorantini e supermercati. L'unica cosa che non mi ha entusiasmato sono le due piscine centrali, molto piccole, adatte per lo più ai bambini, collocate in posizione poco riservata accanto ai tavoli del ristorante (per me è un difetto trascurabile dal momento che prediligo il mare) . Riassumendo direi che, potendoselo tranquillamente permettere, vale quello che costa anche se è vero che siamo decisamente sopra la media dei costi Thailandesi

6 von 6 Abenden Probleme mit dem Wifi am Zimmer. Hotel Team war zwar täglich bemüht eine Lösung zu finden jedoch bis inkl. dem letzten Tag vergeblich. < 1 Mbit/sek... als Entschädigung wurde uns am letzten Abend ein Dinner offeriert... Das Personal wusste von dem Angebot da sie uns zu Beginn auf die Einladung hinwiesen und haben dementsprechend am Service eingespart: 35min bis jemand unsere Getränkebestellung aufnahm usw. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir täglich am Abend mit gestärktem Glauben an das Wlan auf das Zimmer gegangen um einfach eine Serie oder dergleichen über das angebotene Apple TV zu streamen und schlussendlich endete jeder Abend mit mehreren gescheiterten Versuchen sich einzuloggen, die Position im Zimmer zu ändern und mit der Rezeption zu telefonieren.... PS Internet ist kein Muss jedoch wenn man es anbietet sollte es auch funktionieren.

We stayed in one of the ocean pool villa with direct access to the beach. The location itself is awesome - a nice beach at the end of a road without traffic or noise. The staff is really friendly and attentive and my critic is not about them, it’s about the management that doesn’t seem to see the problems. The whole place needs a renovation and a paint job - everywhere you look is worn wood, mold and even mushrooms. I know we are in SEA but this is not happening in other resorts. The check-in into out room felt rushed and no one seemed to have noticed the three broken pool lights, the broken TV and the loud air conditioning. Afternoon some calls in the morning everything got fixed, but there was no compensation and this is something that cannot happen at this price point and left a bad taste in my mouth. The breakfast is mediocre and my eggs were made wrong three days in a row. The food at the beach bar is mediocre as well - the Club Sandwich ist usually the go-to food at any 5Star but here it was just tasteless. The gym is way too small and the sports machines are outdated.

I can assure you that what you experienced during your stay is not indicative of our service nor our ethos, my apologies. We are currently working on a refurbishment plan and will start soon- we do take good care of the property. It is unfortunate that we had so much rain during your stay. We want to ensure our guests' safety and as the weather was bad the boat could not travel directly to our beach the waves were far too high. I have noted your comment on the pricing thank you.
