Je kan dit hotel beter "Phi Phi horror view" noemen. Aangekomen in de kamer, airco aan en alles is zeiknat je ziet de condens op de spiegels en de vloer, schimmel op de stoelen van het vocht, lakens wat vochtig zijn. Hierover geklaagd te hebben kregen we een andere kamer. Medewerker zet de airco aan en je ziet gewoon het vocht komen op de vloer! Weer naar de receptie en we kregen een upgrade naar een poolview kamer. Het is er minder vochtig maar je voelt het gewoon, de strandbedjes waren zwart en de douchekop was gewoon groen van de roest echt te goor voor woorden. We bleven maar 2 nachten, expedia een bericht gedaan met het advies ga naar de receptie maar na kamer 3 vonden wij het wel best. Ontbijt ook zeker niet bijboeken, wat warm hoort te zijn is koud en visa versa tevens was er iets wat koffie moest zijn, dit was ook niet te pruimen.

Verouderd hotel met heel erg slechte bedden. Wij hadden allen rugpijn. Strand als geadverteerd is er vrijwel niet, bij vloed geen strand aanwezig bij eb loopt vrijwel de gehele baai leeg en kan je hinderden meters lopen. Lokatie erg goed, 50 meter van de pier. Ontbijt erg slecht: erg beperkt en koud. Hadden erg veel last van mieren op de kamer en in het bed (3e etage).

Before going here, we read some bad reviews. When we arrived, everything was fine. They have a nice pool close to the beach, which is a big plus.

Terrible hotel, not worth the money at all
Uncomfortable beds and very unfriendly employees. Had noise disturbance from 2 till 4am, kept calling the front desk but no answer. Went downstairs and saw that the guy was sleeping behind the counter, hence the room next door was able to have. Party with people walking in and out. No apologies were given, he just pretended not to understand a word I was saying. Beds were so hard you might just as well sleep on the ground. Not a recommendation at all!

Thank you for the review that you have shared with others. Our mattress may be hard for Western who like softer ones. However, we have enough toppers all the time and this will make the beds a lot more comfortable.

トンサイ港もローダラムビーチも商店街も近くて立地は最高でした。近所のホテルが夜中まで爆音で音楽を流すのが聞こえるが、気にしなければ気にならない。プールも大きくて清潔で楽しく過ごしました。ブュッフェの朝食も美味しかった。景色も良かった。 5泊したが、部屋に服を入れておく引き出しがあると良いと思った。 私の部屋の鍵がなかなか開けられなかった。古くてメンテが必要なレベルであると感じた。

Ideal location just opposite the harbour and on the beachfront. Breakfast was great, just outside the hotel on the beach front - stunning views. Pool access room difficult to enter/exit as no steps and we didn’t get any of the sun on our balcony. Helpful staff and clean enough. Room was tired and basic but had everything we needed for a few nights stay.

This property is a good location, but quite run down, needs updating - overpriced if you ask me. Staff are amazing that’s one good thing. Breakfast very limited options… The bed is a lump of rock, very hard so if you have a bad back you won’t want to stay here. But good location 2 mins from harbour

Stayed here over new years, staff was incredibly helpful and in a prime location by the dock. Facilities seemingly have not been updated in a long time, could use a renovation. Also not much attention to detail on the beachside, trash overflowing etc. OK stay, given how conveniently located it is and with pool and beach access would put more effort into the visuals.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the staff who took our bags inside and up to our room. Easy check in, convenient location, & kind workers. We were pleasantly surprised by our room that had a view of the pool and the beach. I’d stay here again!

Brilliant stay here. Quiet as it’s nearer to the end of the beach, but easily walkable to where all action is. Hotel is clean, rooms are good sized & the pool overlooks the ocean. Will be back here!

A nice hotel that felt a little dated in style. The bed was extremely firm and lack of pillows. The pool looked loveky hut it rained during our stay so couldnt enjoy. Great location as you get off the boat and its just there. Also out the way from the nightlife but close enoigh to walk in and enjoy if you want to.

Big rooms but very dark and dated.Spotty wifi. No warm or hot water in shower and shower doesn’t drain well. Very fish bowly as all rooms look into each other. Phi Phi Don was the only disappointing spot in Thailand. Dirty and smells like sewage. Cats everywhere and the do their business on the beach. Phi phi Ley was spectacular and wish we just did a day trip instead of staying on Phi Phi Don.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to say that our is in not dated and lighting in hotel room mostly are as the same as ours using new style of ceiling light. Phi Phi ley is great for all travelers to enjoy day trip. You may not like Phi Phi island.

Good value, excellent location. The real let down of this hotel were the rock hard beds, I actually thought they were just box springs. A mattress topper would go a long way for this place. There was also this green light coming from a box under the sink in the bathroom & it glowed straight through the glass wall in our eyes as we slept which also seemed problematic for a good nights rest

Amazing stay
Really good stay, we got a kind upgrade on our room and got the pool access. Rooms are big and comfortable, hotel is ideally located in town in front of a really nice beach and 2 minutes walk to the pier Staff is very nice as well !

Not well maintained and higiene not great
Hotel is in bad state, and the higiene is not good. The towells had a bunch of stains and the rooms were extremely humid. The air condition doesn’t work well and the beds are really hard. The people are really nice so I feel really bad leaving a bad review but the hotel was really bad. We walked around it and found other options at the same price that looked much better. The shower curtain had mold also.

Not recomended
The shower had only cold water, the bed was rock hard, the room extremly humid, towels were dirty, the room was not very clean either, the toilet was old and discolored, it didn't look clean at all, it was not a good experience to stay there. There are other hotels in Koh Phi Phi for same price or lower.
