Wonderful hotel, unfortunately our Ocean Reserve room had a a lot of mosquitoes flying in easily via an air duct that was open to the outside, which left us covered in mosquito bites every night. The property and staff are generally amazing.

staff were so kind and helpful. The quality of the food was fantastic. the breakfast was amazing, cause you could also order from the menu and then it was prepared in the kitchen for you. The beach of the hotel is the best beach and the cleanest of the island. Really the best accommodation on the island.

First, upon arrival to the room, we were greeted to a basket of used feminine pads. The resort apologized with a cheap bottle of wine. We also encountered dirty glasses in our room on multiple days and also at breakfast. And the air conditioning worked sometimes and at other times not. The only positive thing was the staff were very nice and tried hard. I expect the hotel to apologize for the inconvenience so that others potential guests will ignore this review and stay at the resort. But the same old tired apologies I’ve read by theses resorts are just that. More to the point, they’re b.s. And I’m sorry to have to post such a bad review. However, I spent $2500 for four nights at what was supposed to be a 5 star luxury resort. It is not luxurious and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re reading this and don’t want to be disappointed, please stay at the Conrad or Six Senses or some other resort.

Booked 10 nights and flight was delayed for 24hrs by United Airlines due to crew swap issues resulting to over $1,000 in unplanned layover expenses (One night in Singapore and one night charged at Centara that we didn’t use because of the flight delay). Il contesto: hotel 5 stelle Bene camera vista mare deluxe senza nessun mobile e piani d appoggio (solo 3 cassetti in cui sopra la cassaforte che genera un piccolo ripiano) 6 attaccapanni ad in basso un ripiano unico In camera nessun mobile e quindi nessun ripiano Forse si dimenticano che essendo un hotel per vacanze gli ospiti si portano le valigie e di conseguenza hanno bisogno di spazi adeguati Il bagno anche qui a malapena ci si poteva appoggiare un beauty Prese elettriche malconcie che facevano contatto supportandole verso l alto con spessori di fortuna Ci hanno poi portato 3 cassettiere di cui una con cassetti rotti Che dire Sembra impossibile ma questo è quanto Ci siamo chiesti io e mia moglie che forse era una camera in cui prima c è stato un neonato e che per posizionare la culla hanno tolto i mobili No. !!tutte le camere da noi viste mentre facevano le pulizie erano senza mobili!!! Non aggiungo altro Qualsiasi hotel in zona anche con classificazione inferiore sarà sicuramente meglio Mi dispiace aver fatto una recensione così ma è una recensione oggettiva

It’s always so hard to leave this hotel. Wonderful white sand beach, you can swim out 50 meters and still touch the bottom, modern rooms and facilities. Lovely staff and spa. I look forward to the next visit.

Terrific experience all around. Beautiful beachfront property, two spectacular pools (adult only and family), perfect location on Chaweng Beach (close to the action if you want it, but not too close if you want peace and quiet). Rooms are very nice, modern and clean. Service and staff was top notch. Excellent breakfast buffet, tons of variety and all was very good quality. Highly recommend Centara Reserve, I will stay again if I return to Samui.

It's beach front hotel, the staff were nice. Food selections are great, love the breakfast. Have free Gin and Whiskey in the room, this is definitely a plus.

Second visit, and we'll be back again for sure!
Our second stay. Last time we stayed one week, and loved it so much we stayed 2 weeks this time. Really comfortable rooms, lovely big comfy beds. We stayed in the basic garden view room and it was perfectly sufficient for a couple. The gardens are gorgeous, and you can still see the ocean from the balcony. The pools are fantastic, that the food everywhere at the hotel is excellent! and the staff - are all amazing! We will be back again for sure.

I just moved to Kimpton hotel from Centra Reserve. I wanted to have 2 different experience. Centra staffs are over beyond nicer than Kimpton. It is different level. The Kimpton is very dark. They do not offer 5 star service in terms of staff. So if anyone try to compare smile of this country choose Centara vs Kimpton Katalay. I think you will enjoy their hospitality, also the ppl in the front desk - Big (the guy name) he is so nice and all other ladies and pool staffs, restaurant staffs are doing their best. I felt so good and appreciate even I was not happy with noise from the next beach club and had to move to the different room. They are amazing do not hesitate ❤️❤️

Lovely resort. Well kept. Labourers work hard in sunlight. No fans or water. Despicable treatment of humans. Bad lighting outside. Dead snails everywhere as no one can see where to step. ‘5*’ hotel can’t keep pools open longer than 7pm. Great breakfast. Make sure u get there & finish by 8:30am. After that staff can’t keep up. Mix up orders, forget things. Breakfast timing only until 10:30am. So much for a ‘5*’ hotel. Free minibar. Low quality juices given. Genius who came up with design should be administered to asylum. Stone floors in bedroom but WOOD in bathroom. It’s a walk in shower room. Water has rotted walls & floors. Damp marks everywhere. Strange, disgusting permanent smell even after leaving windows open all day. This isn’t something cleaner can do. Bathrooms need to be completely renovated. Fixtures never clean. In room dining is expensive & mediocre. I ordered kids menu set. Supposed to be 1 main & 1 side. Ordered chicken strips & fries. Got a call from reception saying fries are a main. I wanted to call her stupid. On checkout female staff asked for slippers back! I told her they r used. She said they wash them & give to next guest. Made me open up suitcase. I tried to hide dirty clothes so public & male staff can’t see! ‘5*’ hotel is too poor to allow guests who have paid 1000s to take slippers. Scum. Room also has flip flops. DIRTY. Don’t use unless you want fungus. No guest used theirs.

We know that bathroom floor get effect from the chemical and we are now on processing for the future project- Miscommunication that happened with In Room Dining needs to put as first priority though training especially when the new menus implemented- Inappropriate service during checking out. The property, staff and beach are all amazing. The staff is insanely attentive and looked after our every need. They have an app that allows you to chat with a virtually concierge who replies instantly and addresses any and every need. The pool staff are all first rate and really make you feel looked after. The resort is super modern and beautiful. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen at a resort and the daily “surprise of the day” delivered to your room, is a super nice touch. All the restaurants looked really nice, but we didn’t eat at any and chose to eat off resort during our stay. Would definitely stay again if back on the island. Highly recommended, can’t go wrong

조식, 수영장, 룸 전반적으로 너무 만족했어요 기본룸도 인테리어 고급스럽고 테라스와 비치된 미니바가 휴양의 느낌을 제대로 주었습니다 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 시끄럽지않은 조용한 분위기 였어요 서양인이 많았는데 공용수영장에 핸드폰없이 책을 가져와 베드에서 여유를 즐기는 모습에 반해 우리도 핸드폰을 방에 두고 제대로 힐링하고 왔네요 너무너무 만족스러웠고 사무이에 또 간다면 센타라리저브 사무이로 숙박할겁니다 제일 베스트였던건 리셉션 직원분이 옆집 착한언니처럼 참 친절하셨어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 조식이 부페와 주문식이 함께 제공되는데 주문식 클라스가 엄청납니다 또한 도보 가까운 거리에 마사지샵과 팟타이, 똠얌꿍 식사가 가능한 식당이 있어 편리했어요 센타라리저브 덕분에 사무이에서 이보다 더한 좋은 추억은 없겠습니다 감사합니다 :-)

We had our wedding here and the level of attention and detail by the staff were beyond exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The staff and level of service truly made our special day memorable and we are glad they were apart of it. Well done!
