Trendy hotel met goede voorzieningen
Prachtig hotel met vriendelijk personeel en leuk zwembad met gezellige bar. Mooie grote kamers met ruime badkamer en groot bad. Leuke presentjes op je kamer. Goed ontbijt met keuze uit meerdere kaassoorten. Heerlijke koffie bij het ontbijt.

We went for a short trip (5days) to Kuala Lumpur, two adults and two kids. I can’t complain, everything was stunning and the staff was very helpful. I needed to post some letters, they did that for me without any doubt. I will for sure stay at the same hotel if I go back to KL. Thank you for a lovely stay. See you soon!

W was fab, not so much Whatever/Whenever vibe. Our shower was terrible leaked everywhere bad design. The view is amazing, didn’t mind the singing at 6am from the temple below but a heads up would have been nice. Location was good.

This place has just completely blown my socks off. Of all the 5-star hotels I have visited nothing compares to the W Kuala Lumpur! And that includes other W Hotels. I help organizations be the best in their industry and one of the hardest things about that is convincing leaders to trust their team, to let good workers be happy by giving them genuine autonomy, within an accepted framework. The W Kuala Lumpur is a shining example of management keeping a close eye on things but staying out of the way and letting their staff shine. The result is an incredible experience for the guest. A genuine relationship with the team serving you. The rooms are kept to a high, five-star standard, funky and stylish. The food is terrific at every venue. The pool and pool bar are awesome, I haven’t seen a pool bar this big in Asia. Cool breezy day hangout location and awesome party at night, looking directly at the lit-up twin towers. Nothing was too much trouble; they went out of their way to give me one of my most favorite weekend experiences. Thank you so much, Nino, Emma & Billy Eyelash, I am truly grateful and inspired. Tony

Things I noticed about the room. The lighting at the entrance to the room and the sofa by the window was dark. The refrigerator did not cool at all.
