'Communication with property owner was easy and quick. It would be good if proper instructions like where and which directions to go to was given. Property was located in Tower B which was a bit difficult to navigate to as the main entrance was for Tower A and there was a need to ask the security guard for directions. Room was very spacious. 'The security is Safe. But the interior was totally down, Water Tap, Shower Holder faulty. Master Bedroom curtain almost fall out. No TV remote control, Wifi broke down and waiting for 3 nights, nobody repair it, poor children unable to log in their Ipad. Flying pan alot of scratches Not Safe to cook. 'Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. '

'Had a great experience from booking, coordination and staying in the villa. Apart from the poor weather that we were there during the 5 days, the villa is perfect to entertain the big group.
