The variety and quality of food surpassed our expectations, with a different menu offered each day, ensuring that we never had the same meal twice. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience. One particular highlight of our stay was the exceptional customer service demonstrated by Omar during the checkout process. He went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a later checkout time, allowing us to relax and enjoy our final moments at the hotel without any rush. "Een tophotel. Vriendelijk receptiepersoneel die ons direct een welkom gevoel gaven. Prachtige ruime kamer met zicht op de lagune. Half board zeker een aanrader. Afwisselend buffet met heel wat keuze. Wij keren.zeker terug. "

"Animatie kon ook wat meer naar de andere zwembaden komen. Er was daar 1 bij het animatieteam met name Noah die niets maar dan ook niets deed. De anderen waren top. Minder verkopers aan het zwembad, je komt voor rust maar toch blijven ze je lastig vallen voor Vanalles en nog wat. Naar mijn zin teveel Egyptenaren in het hotel, die voorstaken voor het eten, lawaai maakten in het zwembad. "

"Prachtig hotel, kamers met eigen zwembad aan de kamer. Mooie ligging aan de zee met kitespot voor de deur. Eten prima maar kan wel beter. Vooral de lunch bij de beachclub moet beter. Verder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel."
